Ganga shree Cineplex stable in middle of city, new Cineplex...seats are good, sound quality may be average, screen is little good, air conditioning theatre. In that area it is first well designed Cineplex. Its started on 2nd may 2018. Overall good Screen quality is fine,sound quality not as good as PVR or INOX but its ok. Snacks and drinks are so costly.. you can also book the tickets online through paytm and bookmyshow.

Great place for movie buffs to come and watch movies. The interior also has the Bollywood famous movie posters at the walls. There are good food options available.

City center mall movie theater is so comfortable but screen no 1 vip sheet are not any things fast food and other categories are best

If you want to chill out then go for your movies. I personally think that sound quality of the theater must be increased. It is okay for getting refreshed.

I dont know why but this place has got a lot of flaws.. Many times they play a trick and add a food combo compulsorily to the ticket in last moments of the show and the viewers have to take this even unwillingly. This a very very bad and unhealthy practice of this theatre.. Else everything is just okay.. And also the staff here misbehaved.. That was annoying

Great place to watch movies. If they give u a coupon of Rs. 150/- with the movie ticket, then while using the coupon on food counter ask for the combo of small pepsi and small popcorn, which costs, rs. 168/-, this way you will have to pay just rs. 18 for that. Otherwise they would tell you combos that will start from Rs.230/-PS. The 168/- combo isnt mentioned on menu. You have to ask for it. 😀👍

Great place, movie price usually cheap during weekdays and morning hours, but still costlier that City mall 36. Like all Cinemas outside food is prohibited and food here is having terrible taste with skyrocketed price

Great and good quality theatre sound and picture quality is also good.The theatre is clean and properly maintained.The temperature inside the theatre is also adjustable for people.Because of too many ads many time the shows get delay.The out side and inside of theatre is neat and clean.The screen management is also done properly.

Nice and clean cinema premises.Seats are really comfortable (even the cheap ones).Picture quality and sound system is one of the best in the city.3D experience is better than your average 3D, (they have reald 3d here), but brightness could have been better in some movies.Only one problem is that they try to sell popcorn coupons in morning shows and wont sell tickets if you wont buy those coupons along with it. You can get past it by calling for manager but this is one thing that i didnt like the most.

Very easy and convenient and economical option for watching movies. The sound system and acoustics are not that great. But often you get great offers on tickets like many a times you get to see movies at 50 Rs. The mall is in the heart of the cost and accessible to every party of the city. Very convenient. Food court is also asking and in the same floor. Nice experience.

Amazing experience...All staffs were well behaved, helpful, and courteous....They have 5 screens in it and this movie theater is located at 2nd floor of City centre mall at the right hand side if your are facing towards the mall....They also have cafeteria but prices are very high....Here morning show is cheap and weekend shows are very expensive....

The overall experience was good, the video and the sound quality was perfect. The seats were a bit uncomfortable and the ac was also on the slight slower side. There is a great facility of luggage storage.

Worst experience..in the intermission when I went for purchasing popcorn which was priced 200 rupees.. I gave a 500 rupees note.. When the vendor at the counter handed over my popcorn tub.. I asked for 300 rupees which he had to return me back. . But he misbehaved and said I had given 200 rupees note and he didnt have anything to return. . I opposed that but management didnt take this seriously..was returned my money back only after making them view the CCTV camera records. . And they were unapologetic about all this. .please be careful

This cinema hall needs lots of improvement . Very bad hygiene. As soon as u enter , u get strong damp smell of something rotten . Seats are not clean , handbar has turned oily and sticky . Sound quality is bad. Seats are congested.

So, this happens to be a PVR, but the service standards are nowhere close to what you expect at any PVR.There would multiple people from their staff disturbing you in between your movie to ask you for an order, but once you place an order, its not served at all. We placed an order for 2 popcorns, with one of those persons, almost 45 mins before interval. Till interval it wasnt served, and during interval we had to personally go to collect it from the counter.The booster kids seat that is offered at PVR, over here the seat given to us wasnt clean. It had shoe step marks on it.This PVR isnt upto PVR standards, and I am a Delhiite, who has been visiting PVRs for about 20 years now. I am not happy with this branch at all.

Used to be the best Multiplex few years ago. Now the seats are not at all in shape. If the crowd is less they even reduce the AC and sometimes even switch off the AC I believe. As far as about movie watching experience it would be the least recommended multiplex by me.

Best option for movies in city or market area because Cinemax Raipur is situated in Chattisgarh city centre mall. Location of the mall is near bus stand and cloth market, also this mall has many national and multinational brands showrooms and stores inside. Cinemax is also well maintained. Food quality is also good.

Cinemax is really worst cinema. They dont give you tickets if at least 8-10 seats are going to booked. They will either refund or let you watch another show if less than 5 tickets are sold. They will give you a popcorn coldrink combo coupon with ticket even if you havent asked and tell you have to purchase it. Worst cinemax. Worst cinema.
