They dont send any people. They take money. The engineers dont come on time and then they repair people say that our work has no guarantee. worst service ever
I had the worse experience when I contacted more than 5 times daily for the past few days at comtech . Mr MANISH who is the incharge doesnt know how to convince the customers of LG. From the past 6 days COMTECH MARKETING did not repair my washing machine because they forgot my complaint. People like MANISH is a big disgrace for LG AND COMTECH MARKETING. He was least interested in resolving my problem. If you have any problem with your appliance then please contact Mr VIJAY.
