Its a good place where you can repair your Apple devices at an authentic repair centre, they will charge you very reasonable prices as per Apple but are baffling for the first timers. They have dedicated sections for watch, mobile, laptop. Rest is your issue and your decision to their solutions.

This shop is the clear cut example of how topmost brand of the world which is known for its quality and service can be used for cheating people. I would express my experience as this shop is indulged in daylight robbery

The management is really rude and does not know how to behave with a client. Even after paying the charges, and agreeing to all terms, the customer is humiliated. The old-aged bald person (not sure of the name) has no manners whatsoever. If theres anywhere else I could report this, Id do my best to take this to the top. They are the only ones in Raipur City, try opting for the Ambuja Mall Outlet instead of this which is slightly distant but Im sure would provide much better service than this unprofessional center.

Worst behaviour by staff zero consultance

Pathetic. They dont accept that the item is in warranty. I wanted to change my charging cable under warranty. They denied it claiming physical damage and tried to fool customers. I had to call apple customer care and complain. The apple customer care lined up the with the kns manager/owner and ordered them to replace my cable. Finally I got my free replacement cable after 3 days.

Dont Visit this service center. If you go for a battery replacement, they will say you that your battery is genuine and we cant replace them. Yet they charge 500 rupees for running diagnostics which you can do of your own.

If you can afford to get robbed by them then surely this place is for you otherwise you can get all their services at half price . And they charge 1500 bucks just to see what is wrong with the device which you already knew in first place.

Very bad experience with khera network. We demanded ms office business .They cheated us by hiding the fact that they are giving ms office 365 home despite we purchased in bulk(12 Macbook air). It was not sanctioned from our IT department nd finally we had to purchase ms office business in 14k. we are felling cheated by Amit Franklin of khera network. please do not purchase anything from khera network.

Went to get my airpods fixed as it had issues with the speakers but the staff behaved badly and did not respond to issue and and after some hassle they took my airpods and they alter some changes in there system and told me that we cannot service it as it has been out of warranty i showed them the bill and told then that its still under warranty but they just ignored so in short dont go to this place

There is a fault on home screen button as it become loose and unable to scan... but they didnt solve the problem 😡and its under warranty also.They just updated software and given back 😑
