Very poor service, staff behaviour is wrost. Appointment not easily available even in emergency situation . Dr is very knowledgeable but her moods depends upon patient to patient. They always try to divert patient to Rajshree rather than tabassum mam. I had good experience 4 yrs back but this time its so disappointing. They ruined their name.

I underwent a laparoscopic hysterectomy operation in the hospital on 4 th June2021. The doctor Dr Tabassum and her staff are very professional. My operation was done meticulously and I was discharged from the hospital within 3 days. I took some precautions for 6 wks and I was back on my feet. The hospital stay too was good. Very poor behaviour from hospital staff and doctor tabassun dala. I asked for emergency appointment and they completely denied and said some other doctor will treat . Very arrogant staff. According to them emergency bata kr aani chahiye.

Very poor approach towards her patients. My wife consulated her for 3 months & due to her bad behaviour and lack of communication between staff & doctor we are now forced to change the doctor at the last moment. We came with lots of hope, considering the name of hospital.. but really disappointed 😞 with Dr Tabbasums response. Every time we had a query or needed her advice, she responded rudely. We didnt appreciate her response and finally we decided to change the doctor.Pls treat your patients with dignity, otherwise like us others will also never wish to consult you.

I consulted Dr. Mrs. Tabassum Dalla second trimester onwards and delivered my baby in Jubesta Hospital. I am more than happy to have made the switch from my earlier OB-GYNs of Raipur who were all about IVFs and other infertility treatment options and least concerned about maternity and childbirth. Tabassum Maam and her staff proved amazing. The best thing about the Doctor is that she dedicates time unlike other doctors to clarify patients doubts,and answers their queries. Surgeries and medicines are recommended by her only if necessary, and the staff are cooperative with a good standard of hygiene maintained in hospital along with prompt response and paperwork. I underwent a surgery without any complications or hole drilled in my pocket here. Really glad to have found this Dr. and hospital. Highly recommend them.
