Not at all worthy staff. Not even able to take blood samples properly. No even knows to eject blood from vain.

I have visited two or three diagnostic centres earlier but really got satisfied with the service of this one. Doctor was very kind and supportive staff was quite friendly. Will definitely recommend this diagnostic centre for all living in Raipur.

Doctor was very friendly here, he also explained well regarding my problem, also its report was recommended by AIIMS doctors. Overall service was excellent. I am very satisfied.

Best ultrasound centre in raipur, I am very much satisfied with their overall services, I must suggest to go for this center regarding ultrasound as they also have 3D and 4D sonography service available.

Definitely go for x Ray, hastle free service with excellence diagnostics. But also donot confuse with Ruprela NMS as I had visited their earlier but this is different form it and definitely better.

Very much satisfied with the services, I had some doubts regarding my problem and was very uncomfortable for those, but thanks to the Harshad sir for giving me positive advices and also clearing all my doubts. Pehle doctor aese mile jinhone daraye nahi balki tension halka kar diye. You can definitely go for the services with this centre.

Worst experience as they said their x ray machine broke down and time required to fix it will be 5 minutes, but they kept me waiting for more than an hour.

I went ruprela for obstetric Doppler, had a very terrible experience. Dr. Harshad ruprela was performing soo hard on my belly that I got pains. As It is my second pregnancy and had many ultrasounds before in several different places in Raipur and Hyderabad. This was the worst experience. No attendant was available to put tissue or any type of cover in your bottom. All the gel applied was on my clothes, and after the procedure no one was there to hand you a tissue and take the gel off. The nurse available was making silly mistakes in feeding the data to sonography machine. They even not call my husband to have a look inside the room, after complaining of this they again made me lie n again performed for few seconds just to overcome there ignorance.

Very bad services provided customers... Long waiting for checkup & reporting. No manners to talk people...I sujjest u never go ruprela.

U will have to wait 3 to 4 hours for ur turn.......went for x-ray and sit 3 hours for my turn...I left that place without doing x ray....worst & bad experience...0 star 0 ratings. pathetic

Worst diagnostic center.Never do your test in one time.You will have to visit twice or thrice for one test.Also for that one test you need to wait for minimum 3 hours.After that he will give you next date.Also wont get report on same day.We faced lot of problems due to his delay.I never recommend anyone to go to ruprela.No professionalism.

I had previously understood both Ruparella NMS, Fafadih and Ruparella Diagnostic, which are in Ghadi Chowk, but I now understand that both are completely different.
