Courtyard by Marriot , name is sufficient for the review. Yet if you visit there than a friendly staff will meet you. Delicious food is waiting there . Try once and Im sure you ll love to visit there again. Easy access to reach. Many more , enjoy the staycation.

One of the worst properties of Marriott I have seen. Rooms are Not luxurious. Staffs are not cooperative. You can find other better options in same price

Ambience of hotel was quite nice but being a three star property very poor service especially room service if you want anything at room be prepared to wait for 40-45 min and you need to call them 2-3 times atleast for it to be get done. Breakfast will be same every day except 1 or 2 food items. No proper arrangements for drivers to use washrooms or no dormitories for them available.Except ambience my experience was average..

It was a very comfortable stay. location is perfect, nearby shopping hubs and restaurants. rooms were spacious and clean. covid protocols were followed well.food was good ( breakfast, lunch, dinner). safe and hassle free.

Very comfortable Hotel. Spacious clean well maintained rooms. Food quality and taste is great. Also they have variety of options. Chat counter for Dinner buffet prepares delicious chats and poha with spicy usal made my day.

Horrible food. Not good food. Cafeteria staff really need to be trained in lean process. Order something and wait for forever to get your food. Booking communication/information doesnt flow to all employees. You have to point to the booking manager for even a water bottle. Dont like the services. Not upto the mark of five star hotel standard.

Room was good and food was good, but when I was checking out, they wanted to capture my credit card number for payment . They said they cannot process checkout without capturing credit card number. Finally I paid by scanning QR code. But I would caution all guests who are staying here to be careful about not sharing the credit card number at checkout.

It is a good place with green surroundings and a cheerful atmosphere. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Krishnamurthy who made us feel very comfortable with his behaviour and helpful nature going out of his way to explain the working of the lift and the layout of the hotel.

Worst experience at this kind of reputed chain of hotels.Just a big lavish mess. The buffet was bad, food didnt taste good most things were served cold. Didnt have variety for the menu. Just typical 2 veggies with no taste. Not worth a single penny. Didnt have separate counters for eggless desserts. Service was fine.

They are nowhere near the Marriott standard of hospitality and class. We got a staycation deal, which basically meant that we got a below average room reeking of cigarettes, a washroom with a defective door and a non-functional TV. The food was totally not worth it either. It is just sad when you have such an experience at a branded property. You literally feel ripped off!

I stayed there for 15 days from 31.08.21 to 14.09.21and all the staff were like a family . They all took good care of my requirement. They all are very professional in their approach with a golden heart. Food was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from. Dining services, Room service, laundry service etc all were top class. Room was kept clean and tidy all the time. I like to mention three names who were class apart in their services , nature and human behaviour- Mr. Anuj Singh-Executive Chef, Mr. Shantanu-Front Office Manager and Mr. Rajneesh Kumar-General Manager. All the best to the entre team. I would love to visit again.

The property is nice.best location.. but expected more from the property. service was ok. food is nice. the chai could have been bit better 😅

It was quite a very disappointing experience.The night lamp was broken and the bulb was missing, while taking the bath the hand shower head was missing, the basic room amenities were also missing. The relax and have a tea, the tea pot was full of dust. When requesting for any service we were kept waiting and nothing was fulfilled. When we request for some staff to come and short the faults, no one showed up.It was very poorly managed and no where the service was that of Mariott group is known for.The food was also not up to the mark, sometime the salt or some other spices were more or less.The service during breakfast was so poor that even after multiple times requesting a dish from multiple different waiters it was not served and felt that it was even paid any attention.The overall experience of the stay was not even close to what I was expecting from a multinational hotel chain.

Firstly i stayed here last year and my stay was quite good. this time around, several things were wrong, firstly i have to collect food deliveries from the gate. second, my ac stopped working at around 9 and i requested someone to take a look. 3 hours go by and no one even bothered to come or let me know status for my request. Not really what i would expect.

Tried dinner buffet but highly disappointed by their service. They are way below on the basic cleanliness and hygiene. Service was also not very good. Buffet spread was also limited as compared to other similar restaurants offering. You dont expect such service from a brand like Marriott.

Till now i have visited 4 marriott ,but i must say raipurs was soo lovely , will surely visit next time soon.

Gourmet executive Chef Mr Anuj Singh has excellent way of understanding of the needs of guests and is easily accessible and he has groomed Mr Pritam Kundu his deputy well to fill in for his place during his absence.It was a rare experience to meet such humble people, apart from this the place appears to be be overflowing with with courtesy.

Great location close to the airport. Good spread in the buffets. Sizeable rooms. Helpful staff.Couple of things didnt go well-- Reached at 6pm but room was not ready. Even though we informed in advance regarding our requirements by 3pm.- Live music being played at the pool in a birthday party was loud and my room was next to it. Constant source of irritation till 11.30pm after which volume reduced to tolerable level.

Courtyard by Marriott is a global chain of hotel.The raipur one is not that great when it comes to overall area, satisfactory space.Momo cafe offers good food & great service.The rooms are not that great as per the tarrif.

I was here on my business trip to Raipur for a night. Had dinner with our business associates, buffet was average I would say.Folks serving at the restaurant seems to be tired I felt and little unorganized but I guess all hotels are going through pandemic challenges..We were upgraded to a suite, nice big suite.Couldnt get a chance to explore much.Decent hotel I would say.Hotel was well maintained and following hygiene protocols.

We have been frequenting this place since it started. No other place in Raipur ever has had turkey, sushi in its buffet. Though the frequency of such things has reduced, we still like the ambience and the range, especially during Sunday buffet. The staff is quite friendly. My kid loves their Chicken Satay. Its a place to enjoy your food. I hope they keep experimenting with variety and I will keep coming back

Excellent sevice from all the chefs at the food counter n special thanks to 2 waitresses Arpita n Evelyn who served us efficiently...superb efficiency by Arpita who without had to ask used to serve ground oats n milk in the mixi n gv it to my infant..nw thats called presence of mind n efficiency..who is the only one who knew to serve hot machiato or hot cappuccino..as rest of the other boys who served was always warm .thanks to the entire hotel staff.. including the superb work by the housekeeping staff to keep r room clean 🙏

Good property but the service is below average. Whatever you order for room service took 45-60 mins, even bottled drinks. And on almost all occasions, a reminder. The biggest problem I faced was that I asked for a paid airport drop off at 6:45 am (costing 4X of an Uber) and it was late by 15-20 mins. Had to book a last min Ola. The staff was courteous and polite, but slightly forgetful. Had to ask for napkins on our tables thrice during breakfast to no avail and then just went and pulled it out myself. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food was decent with a big buffet spread. Not sure I will ever be staying here due to my experiences and the offbeat location.

Very bad experience. We were not attended by any staff for 15 to 20 min and we took buffet but experience of food was also bad as food was cold even the soup was cold. When we were served starter there was a hair on the plate. In all never expected this kind of service and food quality from JW Marriott.

To describe in 1 sentence, hospitality experience at its best. I would fly in just to stay in the hotel to get the experience. There were variety of options for both indian and continental and the food quality, hygiene, taste was top most. They have a live kitchen and the chef are very accommodating to make the dishes of your preference. Rooms are maintained clean are just like any other US or EMEA Marriotts. Staff members Arpita, Tanisha, Puru, Nikitha, Mohit goes above and beyond to provide an unparalleled service. Kudos to them!!Airport is just 15 min away which makes it a convenient stop point and easy access to highway, yet rooms are noise proof and decent views. This is a full service hotel and the cost is nominal. We booked couple of times with their airport transfer package which was convenient and they send a good car and airport is 15 min away. They also provides complimentary Valet car parking. Would definitely stay again.
