Very nice place for study. It is located at Shahid smarak parisar at great eastern road. This liberary opens 1 pm and closes at 7 pm. It remain closed every Monday and government holidays. Reading rooms has air conditioner. You can go and simply learn or study, you need not to pay. If you want you can take membership here, I havent take, but frequently visit here for study. Reading rooms are very big with availability of chair. Magazines and newspaper are also available here.
