This is very rubbish and the taste here is also very useless.I went once.I had come by parcel and in the parcel I got burnt roti and raw vegetable which yesterday whose test was very bad, he could not eat at all.Manner and when I complained again for this, he said that he who is his cook, he does not come.The one who used to come earlier, now he has not felt the other, so I said, we do not have any meaning with these.If you give good service to the customer then your face net will work.I spoke in this manner.Dude started commenting.Started telling me more that if you do not save, you can go to another place if you come and go.This type of service is there for them and the taste of food is really very useless here...

The server was not serving properly, due to which we called for a fresh one and paid extra for that, daal pani jaise, namak b nhi, serving manner water should be served first but no sign, glasses were given when asked, aloo matar ki sabzi aloo h hi nhi and excuses like aloo ghul gya when even tiny pieces were not there, above all that the owner lady is talking in bad manner to the customer, so no way of handling the customer. A/c to them either you say good for them or nothing. They cant handle criticism for their own mistakes and behaviour. The owner was giving harsh replies like theres nothing wrong from her side in that whole incident. 2 of them literally wanted to pay ₹.50 - ₹.100 less for all these serving, quality of food and behaviour of owner with us, then to remaining of us paid the complete bill.Also hamare mai se ek bhi aapka customer tha jo hume le k aaya tha. Aaj uski galat fehmi b clear ho gyi. And as for your point of social media, we know the influence of social media. Thats why we are giving an honest review being a customer. And one more thing, your restraint is not the only one. We have visited several restraunts, have issues with the taste and quality but everything worked out really smoothly because of the way owner behaves, as their server does not continuously repeat the mistakes and above that the owner does not argue in harsh manner with customers. Its their handling of the situation that helps them grow, not like yours. Please first work on your handling of customers for your own good, its a request. The way they have replied happens only when someone tries to defend themselves knowing they were wrong completely.

Best tasty food for a good health. I am daily customer since 2017. I have eaten food everywhere at goal chowk but I like jalaram thali very most for daily meals.They provide thali only at 50 (5 roti, dal fry, 2 sabji, rice, salad, papad) and 30(roti/rice, dal fry, sabji salad) .I like the idea of ground seating. Best restaurant at goal chowk thats why you will get rush every time but they serve very quickly. Owner is also good and think a lot of customers.
