Nice view and hotel...not taken any service apart from room.... Clean room but low height.... Recommend to stay in night...good wooden touch

Quite disappointing! Rooms smell of cigarette smoke.They had a common breakfast area even in COVID times! Place is not very hygienic.Only good thing is location.

Great cozy rooms with a beautiful view at a very reasonable price. Bathroom could be better. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. The hotels location is perfect to go around anywhere in Shimla- upper Kaithu area is the place to stay. Easy to access the mall road by walking from here. However its always better to take the lift for mall road instead.

Prons: Perfect for family and Hotel location as per security and reachability prospective, If you are looking around somewhere in the mid of Shimla City nearby Mall Road with parking facility.Cons: Room service Is good but within defined time period and service slots and mainly management spocs in reception desk are totally money minded so please take care of the same and need to discuss point to point before Check-In & Check-Out for your required services.In my case, I stayed there 2 nights and they charged me around 9827/ INR. Including meal which is only considering for 1 time from my end because most of the time I preferred food outside during my journey of Shimla - Kufri - Kali Tibba Temple.Anyway... If you are planning to visit for Shimla , its my humble request you to please visit Kali Tibba Temple once and dam sure you will feel the energy of divine source around there.I am also adding few photos of there .... !!Thanking You !

Very cooperative and supportive staff. I was reached at hotel morning round 6:15 AM. Man on desk unfortunately I have forgotten his name he was very cooperative, He provided me early check in without any charges. the room was neat and clean. food was tasty, quick services.Overall it was great experience with Hotel Sukh Sagar.

Main thing that this hotel is hygienic sanitized and they manage all the necessary guidelines provided by govt..staff was cooperative and well behaved..food was yummy and hygienic..one thing that some of u find room lill bit small but they manage it wonderfully..secondly Its near to mall road lakhar bazar and they provide cab facility on chargeable basis..no doubt if u r planning to visit shimla go for hotel sukhsagar..over & all it was the best stay in hotel sukh sagar

Hotel sukh sagar was good in terms of location, food, staff behaviour, although parking was a bit tight but their staff managed it well.

Great location if you want to stay close to the Mall road but also want to avoid the traffic. Parking facility available. Good staff, beautifull sunset view from room.

I checked in last minute on my family vacation, room are small but adequate for a sleepover. Amenities are fine, car parking is an advantage, food is simple and wholesome, hotel management and service man power are very warm. Washroom are decent size with functionalaties, but basic toiletries are missing. View from the room is great. You can smell cigerate all along the common space coz they dont have a smokers room. Nothing much to complain for just a sleepover. My driver was provided a descent spot for sleep as well.

I booked Super Deluxe room, but they initially gave me Deluxe room. Changed it after complaint. Stained and old blankets. Rooms are very chilly during day/night time, because the hotel is located on hill top.Only good thing is very tasty food at reasonable prices, but limited options.

It was a great stay in Hotel Sukh Sagar. Well mannered staff. Good services was given by the staff. Clean room and bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. Food was very good. Location of the hotel is good and also parking available. Good view.

We have just entered the room and we found the room is very very small for three people for the price we are paying as the level of comfort is not justifiable. There is no sufficient space and one person is told to sleep at sofa cum bed which is really not comfortable. The main bed is also not comfortable, I have also attached pic with this complaint. In all the hotels there are spring mattresses which is really comfortable. After a long journey we are given a stiff bed here which is not acceptable.

This place is good for couples, well maintained, round bed, all over mirror installed, superb experience here ✌️👍

Lovely place

Its a nice hotel with a great room service. Mall road is not very close to the hotel. But you can upstairs to the mall road with a walk of 20min. Its quite difficult for me who are not from a hilly region.Hotel can provide car for local sight scene visit. The rooms have a good vally view option from the window . The hotel provides pure veg food option. (They only provide egg in nob veg section )

Nice location, rooms and cleaning. Good Quality of food. The taste of food is also good. Specially the puri bhaji they serve in breakfast. Good service and courteous staff. Only thing that they lack is good bathrooms, bathtub not working. They have bathroom just like ordinary guest house.

Bad water check images. Sandy water. We skipped taking bath and didn’t have the food don’t know what water they are using.No hot water after 8PM.The hotel is fine you can stay but water is yellow in color. Service is good small parking lot. Food is fine.We asked the staff to arrange some fresh water but they straight away refused Nd said we are using the same water. This is a bore well water that y it is having the color like this.

We had stayed in Hotel Sukh Sagar in first week of November. Hotel is more or less ok. View from window is good. Rooms are small, hot water is not available for 24 hours, rooms appeared to be shabby. Restaurant is not at all up to the mark. It appears that mostly the conducted tour operators book this hotel and their restaurant and kitchen is mostly used by the tour operators.T.K.BHADRA,West Bengal, 09.11.18

The only reason that I gave it three star is because the location is absolutely amazing stunning its on the Mall Road easily you can go around almost every visiting place in the same likes app from the temple which is for up on the mountain Everest I believe it is also opposite to museum but it will have a walk down which is quite tough but you can manage though one thing to say that they should also apply restaurant in that one they are not a good restaurant in Shimla with cheap money yeah on the Mall Road its a big issue they can do that thats me get regarding the review of hotel sukhsagar at Mall Road.

This is one of the third class hotel visited in my life. You may see rooms pics some how resemble to what they have *** but when you actually visit and stay you will find very pathetic service from the hotel staff. No alternative arrangement of electricity. we stayed without electricity for days. On asking lunch and dinner they say we do not have water to cook. I asked that TV is not working, staff told they do not have cable supply. I was amazed to hear such response. They really do not have even basic facilities in the hotel. There is no geyser. In a freezing minus degree temperature, they do not bother if you take shower in freezing chilled water. Think you must think at least ten times before registering your stay in this hotel. No personal glitches with anyone in the hotel but your Stay in this hotel would definitely spoil your holidays.

Hotel Sukh Sagar is located nearly 20 mins walk from mall road and thats the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are ok at best. We had a non functioning fan in room and on multiple requests we were asked to open the windows. Room service was fast but took them 1 hour and 3 reminders to provide fresh towels. We had booked a cab from hotel to travel to Kufri and after repeated assurances that well get it on time, the cab was late by an hour. The staff wasnt rude but not courteous either. Overall the experience was below average.

I booked this hotel through goibibo.com, price was too less in goibibo.com and i am thankful for that. But the hotel u cant depend upon, i was having booking for super delux room but still they alloted me Delux room. They are master in misguiding you. I took car from them for complete shimla manali tour, the driver was not at all cooperating and also they didnt provide me bill at the end of tour. Better to avoid this hotel. Its just very ordinary hotel and have only veg food in there restaurant.
