Worst broadband services in the city ever using it since 2019..every 2nd day server was low or link failed needed to call engg every now & then in turn charges were high..for few months went out of stn when came back & got the recharge done again came to know that sxt isnt working after lodging complain 4 the same engg came 1week later even then they cudnt repair it & asked to replace with the same price as of installation (5k) & also didnt refund the recharge money saying its been done online(which they themselves have asked to do)hence unable to refund our money..not at all recommended👎..

Services are not so good, though they have good internet speed at times.before taking new connection, Ask for service guarantee.

Worst ISP in Chhattisgarh. In the beginning they will provide good service but later on they stop providing service. You have to run after them. Your connection will disrupt continuously, sometimes due to link-down, sometimes due to cable problem. Even BSNL is better than them.

Quality of Service has degraded over time.It has been 24 hours now since I reported Internet connection failure to them, still its not working.A month ago, Internet was not working and it took them 3 days to resolve it.They were most reliable once.Update- 19-04-2019They are not able to solve an issue, so now they have stopped answering to my phone calls.You will regret getting a connection from them.

If zero star was available I would have rated it zero.This is one of the worst service that you can ever get in Raigarh. If you have a lot of money to waste put it in Fastnett otherwise dont even think about opting for its service.First of all they wont even recognise your problem but try to blame you. Trust me 3mbps for 1000Rs is already very costly and the kind of service they provide is already beneath even 10% of what you pay to them.And know this during installation they take money from you but they dont put brand new router ther put second hand router and if it doesnt work(because its second hand) they will ask you to pay for new router rather than paying themselves.And trust me dont let me start with how its owner talk to you when you complain. So if dont want to waste your money dont opt for FASTNETT.
