Nice and affordable flats...Good choice for middle class family

Good location of Raigarh Chhattisgarh near by town and much more public living there.

I love this housing made by CG housing board. Water, drainage, park, mandir all facilities available here.

Not a clean environment.. wastage of water is too much.. rent is cheap and at affordable price.. But not worth buying flats here.. construction quality is too poor.. if u go to drill a nail in wall then u will leave it with a big hole and its very difficult to fix a nail properly.. seepage in walls are regular and much more in rainy season..

Atal vihar colony also known as housing board chhattisgarh. It is situated at kotra road, near sbi branch. This is a govt. Township for public. 2 bhk at 6th floor flat is of Rs 6000+,500 for electricity and water. All the apartments equipped with fire system, elevator,. There are also several generators for power back up. This colony is very livelihood. Parking is also available under the apartments.
