I would give 0 stars if possible. They boast a free inspection, but neglect to clarify that it’s a free inspection appointment that no one will ever show up for. They have blown me off for a “scheduled” inspection twice now. When I called multiple times to confirm if the guy would show up towards the end of the 4 hour window, I get a carousel of customer service people who give a vague response and promise that someone will come/ call and they never appear. Hey Orkin, why don’t you hire some staff on the ground in addition to the useless army of people who answer the phone? I will take my business elsewhere, on top of dealing with the stress of having a possible bed bug infestation. This place is a joke and any one who actually got serviced with this place should consider themselves lucky.

I wish we would have seen the reviews here before contacting them for helping us with the flying ants issue we have been facing at our home. They are literally duping everyone. Here is my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with them...When we first contacted them they gave us a time and date when they would come and visit our place, of course that never happened and we reached out to them ( I wish we had not!) and they apologized and gave a new appointment time. The guy came and sprayed the gas/powder that would slowly kill the flying ants( the person was very polite and nice to talk to). He assured us that the issue will be resolved in a week else we can contact them again and they will redo the thing or we can claim a money back guarantee within 30 days. We patiently waited for a week and since then we are just TRYING to get hold of them. Called/ texted on the number of the person who came to our place, called/ texted/ left a voicemail on the number available on the website. Even wrote a mail to their customer care and its been freaking 30 days now nobody reached out to us for our concern. I fail to understand how this company is still operational! We have finally filed a dispute claim with our Bank to get our money back. But I am appalled at the pathetic (or I should say lack of) customer care service provided by this company ( or whatever we can call these FRAUDSTERS!)

Excellent service. Hired for pest issues in my chain of restaurants. Service was outstanding and branch manager followed up next day. True professionals. Highly recommended!!

Horrible customer Service. You can do yourself what they do . They lie on their promotional message.Misleading 100% guarantee . We called them for a mouse problem, they came and close up 1 hole and put some traps. Did not work , found drops on the couch. Called them again and they delay until the warranty expired. They don’t pick up the phone once they had your money and you called them for follow up.NEVER AGAIN

Scheduled on 6/22 a new customer visit for a new rental house that we were moving into 6/26 (today). The appointment was for 6/25 between between 12-2pm. They called me at 10:24am to cancel. They said its because they are short staffed due to furloughs. I get that and get its hard right now but they should not have scheduled me in the first place then. They offered me an appointment 6 days later. If you use them make sure they confirm are definitely coming

Horrible they told me 2 days ago they would be here between the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. I took the day off from work no one ever showed up no one ever called to say Im running late or we need to reschedule then they show up today with a note in my mailbox very displeased

I was supposed to have an appointment on 5/13 (based on my account online)I checked the day before and the appointment was changed to 5/18. I checked online the day before and still said 5/18. On the day of the appointment (5/18) nobody showed up and I checked the account and the day was changed to 5/20 (without even notifying me via email) I called and try talking to them and I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours. Will be cancelling my account.

They never called me back. I have called 3 times and emailed the site. Its unbelievable that they dont return calls after saying so.

My exterminator, Nick, from Orkin is the best exterminator EVER! He first eliminated a terrible roach problem and now, due to the heavy construction on my block, a mouse infestation that causes nightmares! My poor kitty just could not keep up. The day after he left, 11 mice were caught in his traps. He claims that he has the ability to think like a mouse. Though it was suppose to be a joke, I believe it might be true. If you need any vermin infestation eliminated ASAP, ask for Nick.

Branch Manager is a felon ~ watch your belongings. I worked with him on City Sightseeing. Guy is no good, known thief for years.

Seriously, the best service Ive ever gotten!! I had a bad roach problem at my mother apartment, we tried everything and we just couldnt get rid of them. I called up Zeek and everything, from the phone call to the service was excellent.

This was the worst service ever. The exterminator Mahindranauth Pernanand aka Mr P. was so rude and lied about the product he was using. He said he was gonna use a fogger but it was actually precor 2625 a product I am familiar with. You use it to spray the floor . I asked him to please not spray my pillow or clothes. When I went upstairs he was spraying the rooms like he was using an air freshener and to top it off he sprayed my pillow and clothes. When I told him about it he got upset spoke to me rudely and left. I paid for full service and he only sprayed one quarter of my home. I want a refund!!!!! I started using Orkin service in 2016, it is not cheap and the first few treatments we got was good, then the guy relocated and our nightmare begun. The new guy would call the night before our appointment or on the day to cancel our appointment or just simply no show. He told us the company didnt communicate with him on scheduling. We would call the company and always got attitudes. Last time before we decided to cancel our service, it was the quarterly treatment that they charge you, we were home all day long and didnt hear anyone ring the doorbell or knock on the door, but later that day we received an email saying Orkin has inspected outside of our house and sprayed and charged us. First of all, we have gate to our backyard and they either lied or broke into our property without permission, sencondly we paid to get the whole house inside and out treated not just outside, so we called and asked a refund, lady on the phone told us cannot do. Thats it. So we left the company and a few days later another lady called and asked us why we left and we told them why and she said we would find a solution and two months later, we still dont hear anything. Most importantly, our bug situation does not get any better after soending thousands of dollars with this company. Very disappointed.
