This store has to be one of the worst costumer service in NYC !!! Staff just walking around and do not care to even ask to help.. Handicaps not even asked to be helped , total waste of time going to this store. All the staff does is chat with each other
Saturday 10/16/21 25 clients in the place ... only with 2 boxes serving the public ... the best: the woman in charge of security who was at her post and who with great good will helped the clients.

Okay. So, you pretty much have to spend the entire day here to get seen.I got here at abt 4:10pm, i was number 14 in line. This is 4:46pm, 37mins later & they have only attended to one person. (Now number 13 in line).This spectrum store needs to do better.

I dont usually do reviews but I have to cause this needs attention.....the staff there named Sohel and Sabina are literally holding down the fort trying to keep the whole store going as the cash paying for the internet machine was not working as the time I wrote this review, usually if theres an equipment failure in any stores I usually see managers or literally every single employees available working hard as a team but I only saw Sabina and Sohel doing everything while everyone else was doing nothing but walk around them and giving them orders......and thus it took me an hour before I could pay my bill,so Sohel and Sabina,you guys are doing great and are very nice with my service but everyone else needs to also get it together,both of you deserve better than this and hope you now have a a better day
The parking is terrible, street only. Too congested. I had to go to this store because the one in bayside was under construction.

I couldnt really say because that was my second visit to spectrum. However, the only thing I can say is that the service was average
Terrible service. But so so customer service. My reason for leaving. I was having trouble with the WiFi service. My Netflix and YouTube was always stopping with their Loading Issue. It kept stopping while listening to My Music on YouTube. They came to my home for the first time and changed the modem. It had continue with the same WiFi issue. When they came to my home for the second time they replaced the modem again. The technician told me that my router which is an ORBI. He said was a very good router. The Customer Service individual said it was my router. The reason they say that is because they want the customer to use their Router so they can charge you. And on top of everything they charged me $50 for they service appointment. When I first started with Spectrum the bill in the beginning was $125. Now it’s $200 monthly. With the $50 service charge the bill now was $250. I’m like No Way. So I decided to go with. Verizon. My internet speed with Spectrum was about 234 Mbps on an average. Now my Verizon internet speed is over 850 Mbps. Verizon came to my home and installed 3 boxes and has more features than you can image. Plus voice command. Which is kool. The bill is about the same $200. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN TO SPECTRUM. Stay away from Spectrum. It’s TRASH. Go with Verizon. They give you Overall the best service.

Social distance with mask; stood in line 20 minutes. Used self pay first time; it was fine. Clear reading in steps toward payment. Quick service with receipt. Clean store with welcome security guide in directing you to pay bill.😁

The wait is terrible just to do a return. Only two people working register and 20 people standing out in the cold. One hour just to do a simple return on equipment.
Make an appointment, or wait an hour to be seen only to find out they dont have what you want in stock and cant order it for you.

I spoke with the representative JUSTIN regarding upgrading my mobile service and was informed by him that I could not do since he could not get into my account. At that time I asked to speak with a supervisor which he replied twice that he was not getting a supervisor since the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I informed him as a customer I had the right to speak with a supervisor. He was quite arrogant.

The Jamaica ave location for spectrum services including mobile and cable services are pretty good. The staff are nice and the store is always clean and very comfortable seating for u while waiting to be called and serviced. 😊😊

Website states closing at 8pm at the store 535pm to pick up a router and lights out and shutters closed and her I am a teacher with no way to be online tomorrow for my students. I cant even take off the day before holiday. Thx Spectrum wish I could cancel you guys right now but my student complex doesnt allow for another service.

After mispronouncing my name, in true NY fashion, the staff member behind the register annoyingly popped her gum as she processed my return. I should have never had to be there in the first place had the salesperson I spoke to in Walmart listened to me. I didnt request to place an order, and yet 2 boxes showed up at my apartment forcing me to call and cancel service I never asked for. Now, because of this specific experience, Im not sure if I want to switch providers.
