One of the best places to have a valley view. The cable car goes to the top along with stairs as well.the ticket pricing is ₹130/- per head presently both to and fro. Beware of langurs as they pose much better than human, you might miss clicking awesome pictures of yours and get involve in them. One can spend as much time as s/he wants, amidst the nature. The mandir is too old and very peaceful.
I went here with my friends, it was a great view from the top, It is very nice to see the completely calm atmosphere and nature nearby and the fun of the form is different. There are two ways to go here: one you can go with stairs and second with ropeway cable car for which you have to take ticket first then you can go
Ther is a ropeway facility abd you can also go by foot. The role way facility charges 153 rs and they have 130 on their ticket bord. There is nothing much happening on the tample but the top view of whole pushkar is breth taking. You can also accompanied by some wild monkeys. According to legends the savitri mata was staying at the mountain and Lord Bhramha have to complete his Yahaya(rituals) and for that he had fixed the moorat (time) and for that he had completed the Yagya without savitri mata so Mata have given two curse to Lord Bhramha that no one will worship him acsept the Sanyasi and Sadhus. And another curse is that, there will be no other tample of lord Brahma. So if you come to Pushkar visit Savitri Mata tample first then Bhramha tample.
There are two ways to reach the temple - one is stairs and other is ropeway. I would definitely recommend the ropeway as the experience of going up and down using Ropeway is pretty unique and good. The view is mesmerizing from the top. You can see the whole Pushkar City. The temple closes between 12-2 PM. So you should plan accordingly. There are some langurs on the top but they arent harmful at all. I would definitely recommend visiting this when you are in Pushkar. The cost of ropeway is around 150 bucks per person.
A must visit place in Pushkar, Ajmer.Theres facility of Ropeway (उड़नखटोला) as well.Per head charges for Ropeway is 139/- for adults and timing is mentioned in the photos.Theres wheelchair accessible entry in the ropeway zone. You can also go at the back of the temple for clicking photographs.Be aware of the Monkeys. They dont harm but its good if you carry something for them too.
Ride and the scenery from the top is worth it especially if weather is nice.
Good palece in puskar enjoy ropeways
Best views of pushkar town. Best for sun set.
Temple dedicated to wife of BramhaTemple dedicated to Savitri, wife of Bramha. The temple located on the Ratnagiri hills was built in 1687. It offer great view of the surroundings including the lake. You can use the rope way or climb the stairs all the way to the top
Awesome experience with rope way ride,Pleasant view from top of temple.Stairs might be difficult to climb, unequal Stairs without railing and support.
It really very interesting place on top of the mountain! There are 2 ways to go to the temple by rope way and by climbing footsteps, in rainy session the view of the temple hill is amazing
Best of the best place, most challenging task to prepare yourself to climb such high rise steps. But destination is self satisfying.Jai Maa Savitri
Nice temple dedicated to Mata Savitri atop a mountain in Pushkar, theres gondola ride available too; INR118 per adult - to and fro. There is a passage right beside the temple to go out to a natural view point and sunset looks beautiful from there. The height presents a mesmerizing view of Brahma temple and sarovar of Pushkar. It is possible to trek to top for visit too. Lots of Langur monkeys up there.
Very good. The rope car ride to the top is exceptional and a definite one to try. The place is crowded and it requires about 45 minutes to an hour to board a cable car. The view is breath taking from the top and quite phenomenal. The rope car can be taken one or two way. One way costs about 75 rupees per person. Two costs 140 rupees.
Enjoyed the experience of ropeway . It’s safe and they follow the steps well . On way to reaching temple, it gives beautiful view from top .
You can enjoy sunset here.
Nice place.Carry water bottle with u.
Amenities are needed
Awesome view from the Top. The ropeway to and fro price is 140/- per person. Ticket for Children below 3 yrs is free.Good place to take a pano shot of the Pushkar city. Lots of Langoors (monkeys) but they don’t attack the tourist and remains calm always. If you don’t want to go from the ropeway there are 1000+ stairs that would take you to the top. Many small eatable shops to fill up your stomach. Overall a good tourist spot.
Great views from the car. In 1 car there are 6 people and the cars always move in a group of 3. One will definitely feel Acrophobic.
Nice weather
Hindu temple and height very up pushkar ajmer Rajasthan
The temple gates are closed from 12pm to 2 pm after this time....the best time to go there is after 4/5pm because of the harsh sunrays.....And 2 ways to reach there....via stairs(800) and cable car(140rs ticket, 2 way).....And the scene from the temple and top of the mountain is just amazing....Loved this place...🖤🖤
Nice place to visit, specially in morning. With calmness of temple, heavy wind and serene view of sun rise.
Best for a short hike. Must visit in Pushkar.
Stairs are asymmetrical so all the best. You can use rope way also
This is the best place to visit because it has all the natural heal power in its air and view. I personally love this place because of its environment and flying vehicle (udan khatola ). Once visit this place you may love it.
Finest sunset point I have seen in rajasthan after the Bahubali hills in Udaipur. Sunrise is even better coz of lesser people arround will recommend to use stairs rather than ropeway.Go EnjoyyyPeace ✌🏻
Absolutely senic beauty , so pretty mountains , i went be ropeway , it was absolutely stunning between the clouds since weather was extremely cloudy and there were slight rains
Its place where we use ropeway for reach at Savitri mata mandir and the ropeway adventure is too good for young or every person go there for once time and enjoy dear 🙏
Must visit place with cable car
On the side of barhma ji, the temple of Savitri Mata is very good, there is a temple worth seeing, here you can see the real God.
A beautiful place where you could sit back and enjoy a wonderful sunset. Got to the top via cable car, they charge you INR 127 each (up & down). The views are amazing, a worthy place to visit and spend some quality time in the evening.
This temple-like distribution comes at some distance from the temple of Brahma ji.This temple is built on top of a steep hill, on which there is a ropeway facility to climb, from here you can have a panoramic view of the entire Pushkar.
Pushkar is set in the midst of arid deserts and mountains, and a ropeway ride is the best way to appreciate the citys terrain. This trip starts with a ropeway car ride 203 feet above ground that travels more than 700 metres in just six minutes. Take in the panoramic views of the mountains skirting the city and enjoy sitting high up in the sky in a secure glass cabin! The thrilling ride ends at Savitri Mata Temple perched on top of a hill. Take in the views from the vantage point, visit the temple and head back in the ropeway car.Good place to visit. View from top is awesome, journey too if you dont take ropeway.Savitri Mata TemplePeaceful place...but stairs are little bit hard to climb...Ample parking facilities, Local Food Vendors, Gift Shops are Ample here.Come and experience ropeway serviceOpen⋅ Closes 6PMKharekhari Road, Ganahera, Pushkar, Rajasthan 305022About this placeSavitri Mata Mandir or Savitri Temple is a Hindu temple of Goddess Savitri located in ratnagiri hill which is a popular pilgrimage site, Pushkar, Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. Scenic views
We took the rope way to reach this small yet beautiful temple on top of the hill. Even though we were inside the trolley the height it reached scared us a bit. The journey took just about 6 minutes and we reached the top. A short flight of stairs brought us to the Savitri Temple Shrine. It is a small complex. The view from the top is amazing. It was a clear day and we could see all of pushkar town, the lake and the country side. There were lot many lemurs around the stairs but they kept away. After about 30 minutes we took cable car to go back. Nice experience. I wish there was a a cafe up there so that people could sit back, relax and admire the view in comfort.
Total of 1304 steps to climb and a beautiful view of pushkar city
A great place to visit in Pushkar. The temple has idols of Bramhas wives and provides a majesty view of the entire Pushkar city. If you are energetic try the stairs to the hill else pay money and enjoy the chair car ride. The views are just awesome.
Best place to watch sunrise 😍PS - Just 930 steps above ground level
The Savitri temple in Pushkar is located on the Ratnagiri hill which is a popular pilgrimage site for the Hindus. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Savitri. the highest on the southwest which houses the Goddess Savitri, the estranged wife of Brahma. Savitri temple is located at a great hill temple . There are 2 ways to get there steps or roapway . The steps are very steep and the roapway is a better method but not for the weak hearted . The savitri hill is around 750 feet elevated by near by surrounding. Pilgrimage to savitri hill is 1.5Kms. It is strenuous and hard. It is believed that harder one tries, the more tapas (heat generated by penance) is gained. When Brahma performed yajna at Pushkar, due to some reasons Savitri could not reach the site of yajna at right time. Then Brahma performed yajna accompanied by a local girl, Gayatri – who become second wife of Brahma. This annoyed the first wife Savitri and she went to the hilltop. Then the agreement was made Savitri will always be worshiped first and then Gayatri. Tradition still continues – first arti is performed at Savitri temple and then at Gayatri temple. The idols of both Savitri and Gayatri are now installed at the savitri temple. Though the idols of Savitri supposedly dated back to the 7th century AD, the Bangar family built the temple itself in the early 20th century..by hari makar bikaner.
Great experience to going stairs because it is one side 1,030 stairs . Minimum time is going to stairs is 50 to 55 Minutes one side
Indias one n only savitri mata temple in holy city pushkar rajasthan.
The views from temple are breathtaking..Awesome..
We nearly got robbed by a monkey but its cool. Dont eat snacks on the trail!! Rookie mistake. They will come for you. Unless youre willing to share, then maybe all is gravy. Im thankful for my long-ish legs (Im 56) because the steps get bigger and bigger. The steps turned into like two in one. I threw up because we were trying to get there for sunrise and Im out of shape. Its really beautiful though and if you want to see the view of the temple and all of Pushkar, take the path to the mini hiking trail in the back of the temple. ✌🏼
It was amazing even they have deserts nearby so its a must visit place in pushkar!!
If you are in pushkar than there no palace like this. you can find your inner peace here with a surreal view of puahkar. you have two option. to go thare1- stair, its little bit hard to climb stairs but it worth to climb2- a cable car, it cost you 120 for double side fairbut alway aware because of so many mokeys are there
I think this is a must to visit if in Pushkar. It has great views of the area. There is a bubble lift to the top which coats around 200 rupees for a return journey. One way is 89 rupees.I got a lift to the top and walked down. The steps are not uniform height which makes some parts harder. There are plenty of monkeys around the temple and they are not aggressive.
Best place for hiking and leisure time. One of the best Rendezvous for me.
We will see a good view of Pushkar from the cabins of rope way !
Amazing and peaceful place situated on mountain in pushkar , there are stairs to temple or you can go through rope way which costs around 100 rupees for one person. Go up and look beautiful sunset or sunrise in pushkar from there.
2 star just for the ( udan_khatola) issueThe people can not open udankhatola at the time time in the board was 9:30 but the people were opening it at 10:00 or sometime 10:30 the people will suffer for this I think so that udan khatola was provided by the government but there were some people who thought that this things belong to them
This place is nice . and if u hoing for visit then go with ropeway bcs its little dangerous without it. around 100 rs per person will be charget . morning view is good

The temple is situated at a hill, there are 2 ways to reach there, one is cable car and second is stairs.Whole phuskar lake can be seen from here. This temple have langoors monkeys, beware of them.

Lovely place to pay respect to Maan Savitri, enjoy visit during Winter and stay away from Langoor. CV losed from 22 to 2 pm. Plan accordingly and use stairs or rope way..Accordingly Plan . Stay atop for panoramic view of the City of Lord Buddha jee.
Very Peaceful temple at the top of hill, going by rope way.
The Savitri mata temple is based on a hill. And it is beautiful.Views are awesome from there .Anyone can go their through ropeway or with stairs. The charges of ropeway is 127 INR P/P .Beautiful sight seeing. If u r having more energy, so choose stairs for up and down .While going up and down, hide your eatables in your pocket, otherwise the langoorz and monkey will snatch these from you. But the good thing is, they will not harm you. They only wants food and other bitings.
Savitri Mata Temple at the top of the hill in such a peaceful environment. One can reach to the temple by Ropeway (Ticket Rs. 127, both ways) or through the stairs (~1000). Beware of the langoors there, they can take advantage of your ignorance and take away your belongings. Stay alert. Very nice view of entire Pushkar city from the top.
Very lovely and beautiful temple situated at top of a mountain.
I really like to visit this place. Approx 2 to 3km faraway from Shri Bramha Ji Temple. Approx 1000 and more upstairs from the ground level and Trolley service is also going on ₹127 both side till 7.30pm. One sided trolley is not available.
Gondolas are still a rare joy in India, the view up top is awesome, too. Monkeys everywhere, I enjoy them a lot, just watch your food.
I love it
At height. You can go as trekking or by trolley facility Available there. The view from top is mesmerizing ♥️
Temple is at the best place or I should say height. From here one can see the whole city of Pushkar. It would best if you reach this place early morning or in the evening( when its dark) for a memorable experience.
I feel very happy when i visit at this place. I always go there with my friends and my family mambers.
The Temple is situated at a height such that you have to climb 500 odd stairs to reach the temple. We started early morning to see the sunrise and reached the temple in 25 min. But due to the clouds sun was covered, but the view was amazing!! You could see the Pushkar lake and all the greenery around you.
Pushkar is surrounded on three sides by hills. One of the hill is known as Ratnagiri., the highest on the southwest which houses the Goddess Savitri, the estranged wife of Brahma. Good experience with Devi lal rupan gad
One of the best place of India, where you can see the temple of Mother Sabitri. From the hill top you can see the beauty of PUSKAR and enjoy the Rope-Way journey.
Savitri maya temple is placed on hight mountain, it as Ropway and steps. At night time it looks very cool.
Wonderful place.Great view from the top.
Amazing700meter highWhat a seen
Best Tourerest place ,& pusker
Roughly 700 stairs to the topwill take you 10-30 minutes depending on how fast youd like to go. Almost anyone can do this stair climb to the top, and if you cant there is a gondola to right that will take you there for 100Rupees. The view along the way is nice and is dotted with little families of monkeys huddling together politely looking at strangers as they walk on by (although I was advised by locals to not bring any fruits up). Bring a waterbottle with you and enjoy taking pictures on the way up. The temple itself at the peak is underwhelming, the real reason to go is the view of the town and surrounding mountains, its a great way to see where you are.
Temple of Savitri mata on Savitri hills in Ajmer . The temple has a ropeway access .
Nice temple.we went there through ropeway
Its a Hindu temple dedicated to the wife of the lord Brahma. It is situated in Pushkar, Rajshthan, on the top of a mountain. One can reach the temple on foot or by using ropeway service. Beware of the monkeys there.
Devotional place. Very good temple, easy to approach with Ropeway with a reasonable price of 127/-(incl. return) per person. You can view the whole PUSHKAR from this temple.
We hiked up for sunrise at this Temple. It was a beautiful sunrise, the chai was some of the best (careful of the Monkeys) and the Temple is so special. Can get chilly, so take cap with you and water bottle. Loved it!
It was memorable day. Their organisation is providing the Rope Way transportation because the temple is on the top of the hill. From the rope way, we can see hole Pushkar. An atmosphere is very peaceful. Main point is, staircase is also available but there is in under construction or repairing. Also Outside area of temple is reproduction or under maintenance. But it will complete in next few months.
The place can be reached by 2 ways, either go through ropeway by paying 100 rupees per person or take stairs. The difference is about 10 min vs 30 min or 0 calories vs zillion. The view from top is amazing and the temple is small, be careful of the monkeys.
