Good place for a short stay. Sea facing and sea in a walking distance of 2 mins. Overall a good stay. Not expensive as well.

Best and most affordable sea facing hotel in this side near old beach Puri . This side of beach has local fisherman boats and not like golden beach but still clean . Hotel rooms are good for 2 people , I stayed for 1100/day which I can cheapest stay I ever had in Puri . Rooms are clean and classy ( not modern ) good lighting and balconies . All the rooms in this hotel are sea facing . I have attached some of the clicks from balcony . Highly recommended place ..Follow me for more such updates ☺️

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC remote and TV remote are not available .... and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience.... breakfast not available.... its too horrible there is no room service available in this hotel.... geyser is not working....dust every where...there is big dump yard in front of hotel...my humble request not to stay in this hotel..and they are taking 2200 instead of 1200 for AC room....dont go through this hotel..

Sharing my bad experience...Mainly hotel doesnt have a parking space... Infront of hotel there is a big garbage..no house keeping...dust everywhere...no AC remote and TV remote....and instead of 1200 they are taking 2200 per single day...I recommend not to go through this hotel...

A decent hotel with the front facing sea view. Just 200 metres from the beach.The locality is good. You get to have everything sorted at that place foe example Food , travel agents etcThe servicing was appreciable. The staffs were very helpful. 5 stars for this.Rooms are spacious. Never go to this hotel. Theyre literally thieves. I checked in at 10 am and I already said them on phone call that I want a room for like 7-8 hours when I was on my way to Puri. They agreed too. When I went there and checked in, the room was not upto the mark and they took Rs 800 for that room just for 7 hours. By mistake we lost the rooms key on the beach and when we returned, they demanded Rs 600 for just a key. We were not able to pay that huge amount for a key then we requested them if they have a duplicate key or not. They opened the room and before checking out they took Rs 400 from us.Literally a room for 7 hours in this hotel costed us Rs 1200. There was no WiFi for customers who stay in this hotel. The hotels staffs behaviour was not good. Dont ever check into this hotel. There are many hotels who provide rooms in just Rs 500-600 for 15+ hours. Dont check in to Devi enclave.

Hotel location is ok.budjet hotel.but hotel maneger behaviour is most wrost.when i reached the hotel at 10.p.m by car.in the situation maneger said parking fees 400/-. Per day.i said why?any other hotel cannot taken parking fees per day 400/-. I stayed there 7 days i gave 2000/-. I also told call the owner but he did not connect him.i never review about any hotel but today i have to write review.not only parking any other problem here.so please if maneger not change then do not go this hotel.no tv no clean room.just only location and atmosphire is ok.

Location wise the hotel is very good but its not luxurious to stay here. Its actually a old house now refurbished as hotel. Restaurants facility available for breakfast and lunch only but personally I do not feel it a good choice. The front rooms are good. Ocean can be seen from rooms. But the rear side rooms are not good.

Actually Im in Jardine Holiday home, under Sea View Hotel. Its too clean. The kitchen, rooms, toilets all are very clean. I can see the sea from my bed. The cost is very much pocket friendly... I enjoy this hotel and holiday home service

I feel the roads are cleaner than the rooms. Worst experience ever. The management do not know how to behave with their visitors. I will never recommend any one to stay here. Location is too good but the management does know to utilize it. No water . No geser. Food , if you have sure you will have to visit the hospital soon.

Nice location next to the beach with great service by all staffs, thanks to the manager for maintaining the property. They provided all kitchen utensils also along with gas market also walking distance , some of the rooms are beach facing. Staff are very good special thanks to Arun he take care US very nicely.

Old building, inside refurbished. Tried to make the rooms fit with modern amenities but poorly planned and executed. Still they are charging more for what the guests are being given. Staff are courteous.

Drove from Hyderabad to Puri for 16 hours straight.... Had booked this hotel and reached here by 12:30 am.. came to know that they have deregistered from Oyo came as a shock to me as my parents were with me had to spend the night at a beach... I dont recommend this place for a stay...

This is a holiday home they will provide you all kitchen equipment and gas (no extra chrages for gas).2bed room will cost Rs600 and 4bedroom will be Rs1000, the building is quite old but the location is awsome exactly opposite to the beach and 3min walking distance to sargadwar.

Please avoide this hotel please avoide. Very bad. Most of staff are drunk and although I have a booking, on 06.09.2018. A drunkard staff pushed me along with my family out at 12at night. Very risky for family members. Do not pay through bank. There is a high possibilities to forfit your money. The staff present at hotel harassed me and my wife.Guys if you want to visit puri please avoide this hotel.

Very good location sea facing near swargodwar

House transformed into a hotel. No professionalism. No room service, telephone, television does not work. For a glass of water you need to get down to the reception and shout for 10 min as there is nobody in the reception also. No RO water. Blankets and linen smell and they have no spare one. Cleaners come at odd hours to clean and in the first day ask forbaksheesh tips and if you say that you will give on last day they argue. Housekeepers shout and querrel with one another in the reception in front of every guest AVOID IT UNLESS NO OTHER OPTION.

Location wise the hotel is very convenient. It is located just infront of the beach and is about 3Km from the station. Market place and temple is also close to the hotel.Staffs are cordial and cooperative.You cannot make payments through cards here which is a major problem in times of crisis of physical cash.Food is good at the hotel. But problem is that youll have to pre-order breakfast/lunch here and you also must collect your food by 2P.M. Else you wont get your food. Another problem is that supper/dinner is not available here.As the rooms are concerned, they are a bit clumsy type. Bathrooms are crammed. But both rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily.Furniture in the rooms are badly maintained. The rooms we stayed in had broken beds which were flimsy and were making terrible noise with the slightest movement.The hotel has got no lift. The stairs are very narrow and steep and do not even have any guard rails which is very problematic for aged/differently-abled persons.Considering its high price range it is just not up to the mark. It needs lots of improvements. Not satisfied with the service.
