Food was okay!Stuff behaviour was good.However, what is worth mentioning for not a visit is the dirt they have accumulated behind the curtains. Literally, you can find bucket full of dead flies behind the curtain areas, and no one has bothered to clean it....!!!Really ? You are such a big chain, I love to visit your Kolkata outlets and then you suddenly deteriorate the cleanliness of the place in Puri...Restaurants always score highest or lowest based on the cleanliness and the quality of food.I hope you guys clean those dead flies soon.

Fantastic Bengali cuisine in Puri near Swargadwar area.Location: 5 min walking distance toward south from Swargadwar. The road (new marine drive?) along the beach is in pretty bad shape as of mid-Sep’19. Clearly visible signboards.Food: On a Friday afternoon lunch, the restaurant was about 30% full. Types of fish dishes were limited. However, the dishes we had were very good - fresh, perfectly prepared, well-served in sufficient quantity. Basa paturi, fish fry, kochu-chingri bhapa, mutton curry, luchi - everything was tasty.Decor: comfortable seating, window-side tables have good sea-view. The entrance area is nicely decorated.Overall, very good, and I’ll go back next time for sure.

Food is good. But over priced as compared to Kolkata. If you are taking take away pls check your food before leaving the counter. For one tawa roti, they are charging Rs20/- which I thing too much and in a plate of matar panner only 2 piece of panner. Ambience is good. So if you are planning to go there then only go for dine in. Atleast you can check and complain. Very disappointing.

I have visited this place in Puri which is just beside Golden Tree hotel. This place is very much overhyped and the taste of the food is not that good. They take both cash and card. This is a 40 seater restaurant.

Worst restaurant ever experienced..Stale foods. Providing low quality and duplicate fishes.. When asked for a printed bill,they said machine is nor working and given a hand written bill in plain paper with GST...Please visit bojohori manna ...its way far better and cheaper..

We had taken yesterday Dinner at Puri Branch. We ordered Mutton & Chicken & Sultan Biriyani. But we got food poison attack to myself & my daughter. Both are taken Mutton fully. I hope use Oil quality & Mutton quality so bad. Still we are getting mutton bad smell in mouth. We never recommended to anyone in this restaurant. If quality not improve.

Awesome Bengali food.

Kind of disappointed. Their menu is priced at competitive rates but they dont provide food of that good quality. We ordered one plate of chicken but they gave us two instead and made us pay more for something we didnt even want. The environment is comfortable and cosy and it felt nice being there. However their drinks too are served in small amounts as compared to the price they charge. Not very satisfied.

We had taken dinner at Puri branch last night.I think that it is the worst restaurant of Puri.Poor staff & services.We waited for approx 30mints just for plate & water.Taste is not up to the mark.We ordered Roti,Chicken jhol and Pancharatna.But may be they have prepared things early & microwaved it.The gravy of chicken was hot & but the pieces of chicken were too cold,the pancharatna was at the same condition as the chicken jhol.They are charging too much for very less quantity.The plain roti like homemade is ₹15/piece.Horrible washroom,poor staff and services.The Manager of this branch is very humanless,narrowminded,uneducated person.His behavior is very worst & also arguing with customers and has a careless attitude,lack of co-ordination with tourist.Since it is on the sea beach & it attracts people with their decoration but not with their services.Worst behaviour,poor hospitality,uncourteous staff,poor quality & quantity of food are the main characteristics of this restaurant.It is my humble request to everyone PLEASE DONT GO BY THE NAME....

Overpriced and the food served is not hot. May be they have prepared things early and microwaved it. I had ordered for maach vaja and as it is not in their menu, they charged me for maacher kalia which is wrong. Very below average restaurant and dont go with high expectations. Since it is on the sea beach it attracts people and thats why they are with a dont care attitude. You may look for other options and a not so famous place may turn up to be good.
