The best thing about this place is that the sea beach is just on the opposite side of the road. And if you book a sea facing room, you can enjoy the mesmerizing ocean view. Otherwise the condition of the rooms was not at par with whatever they are charging. They need some renovations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good.

Its a very good hotel and restaurant. The staff members are really friendly. The position of it is really good as it is in front of the beach. After stepping out of the hotel, you just need to cross the road and youll reach beach. The quality and quantity of the food is just perfect. You can also get beach views from the hotel.

Room and toilet was clean. The furniture quality is not so premium but considering rent its ok. Staff was very good and serving with smile. They serve only bengali food. Food quality was good and portion was good too. Check in and checkout process was hassle free.

Not for 1star also. Lift doesnt work ... For aged person it will be a huge problem. Room is small but huge bathroom- wastage of space. If you asked for extra bed- that will be soo hard that no one want to sleep on that. And most of all food is not good at all, very slow service. Reception people are very rude, dont have common senses, misbehaving with people. In one word - dont go for this hotel. There are lots of hotel to stay, not this one .... my worst experience.

Deep Resort can be regarded as one less unknown yet great place to stay when in Puri, mostly because of less number of detailed reviews. Heres my take on this place for staying at here for 2 nights and 3 days in the first week of March 2021 :- Pre Booking is the first step to get a hassle free experience. This can be done by calling them and communicating with them via mails or contact at the Office of Deep Resort in Kolkata.- The hotel is 2-3 kms away from Puri station so youll easily get an auto to hotel which will cost you around 150 rupees.- We had taken 2 double-bed rooms with a particular criteria of both facing directly towards sea. (Check the pictures)These rooms had cost us around 3000 rupees for a day. 50-60% of the total cost is asked to be paid upfront in advance and a proper receipt is given.- Rooms are overall satisfactory where you get a clean bed, a dressing table with mirror, a tv, an AC, 4 chairs, 1 mini table and a very clean bathroom.One issue that was there is the wooden part of bed was constantly getting decayed for some wood bugs and a corner of the bed hence was full with wood dust.- Coming to food, it is very reasonable and at the same time very hygienic. The breakfast options are really good, specially the egg toast and chicken sandwich. For lunch you can get a full fledged bengali platter but not as a thali.- Room service is decent and the people at hotel are exceptionally well behaved. They even ask you what fish you would like to have in lunch so that he can get it from market 🙌🏼They also have very reasonable arrangements for car and driver services if you want to go out of Puri and take a days trip to Konark, Bhuveneswar etc.- Out of all these the standout highlight is the attched balcony you get with the room. In the day time you can catch all the hustle and bustle at beach from your balcony and at night you can calmly listen to the surreal sound of bay of bengal!

The location of the hotel is very good, You can enjoy bathing in the sea just opposite of the hotel 2-3 min walking. You can enjoy the sun rise and sun set from the hotel rooms, but only from the rooms which are sea facing. There are side sea facing rooms also but the best preferred are the rooms on the right(facing the sea). The room tariff is a little high, (varies from man to man). The behaviour and the service of the hotel is too good which deserves 5 star. Buy the quality of food is slightly disappointing.

Very good Sea facing room. Worth for money. Very good food and room service. After bathing in the sea can enter the Hotel from the side way after cleaning legs. Clean toilets and daily room cleaning. View from the balcony and dining there will add extra satisfaction. No need of any photos. Room No.301 is really very good. The negatives are as follows. No hot water, power points are not working, no TV, hard water, expecting heavy tips for room service, balcony glass door is not clean, A/c has no control and very noisy with less cooling.

Worst experience. Room quality is very poor according to room price. Car parking system is too much bad. They take the car keys from customers because this is their hotel policy. But the people of this hotel cant drive because they not expert in car driving. They left stains on customer cars. Please dont park car inside the hotel.

Good service, normal budget rooms, reasonable food cost. Regular room service good too. The only problem is, while billing, kindly check each and every details, I had a bad experience and I found over charged in food bills. When told, they realised and deducted those foods which we never took. Workers are helpful but in search of extra tips, specially the night gate keeper.

I was stay here for 01 night.. Foods and services are very good but staffs behavior specially the cashier of restaurant is worst.I am giving two rating only for the behavior of cashier otherwise other things are nice.

This place is awesome, especially their restaurant. Food here is a must try, each and every item in there Menu is delicious. One note : try to avoid Chinese here. Rooms are spacious and staffs are quite helpful and courteous.

One of the best resort and affordable in puri

The staff is very courteous. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom which is very important. The service is top class and food is mouth watering. I stayed for three days and tasted variety of foods. Food was delicious. I am planning another trip with my family to Puri and this is where I am going to stay again.

Nice location just opposite the beach and beside Puri Hotel. Rooftop AC rooms are awesome. Nice views, serve tasty foods. Billings are quick and they arrange transport for sightseeing and Airport drop. Liked very much and no issues found.

An awesome stay on the marine drive road Puri... Not needed to go to beach, anyone can take the glimpse of sea from own balcony.... Service boys are very polite and good.... Food is better than average.

I think the persons in authority should first learn how to talk decently with customers. Questioning the financial credentials of the customer that too over telephone (without even knowing who he/she is) isnt the best way to run hospitality business. I pray to god for quick installation of rational and decent behaviour in them

The hotel is not so good looking but some people out here are so good they take care of the older citizens.The food is finger licking good. The rooms may be a little dirty because of the sand carried by the fast wind but it is not the fault of the housekeepers. But staying in this hotel is very well and joyful. And the view from each balcony is very nice and it faces the sea.👌👌👌

Nice location. Nearest to the beach and cordial staffs. Room rents and foods are overly priced. Filthy blankets was served. Room service facility was available but found delayed of response . Moreover a good experience. They also arranged our tour plan with their transport arrangements.

Situated at Swargadwar road. Sea beach is just 30 steps apart from this hotel. Room is well maintained. Rooms service people are polite and well behaved. Restaurant food is also fresh and tasty. Problem I faced is with parking, there is single way parking, if you want to take out your car then all other cars parked infront of you have to be removed at first. Another thing I noticed is behaviour of reception staffs is not good at all.

The resort feel on the sea beach is the most important crowd puller here. But the service at the restaurant could be better. The cottage rooms on the fourth floor gives the best sea view.

Had a room with capacity of 4 persons. the room was spacious, beds were nice, the ac was working fine, a bit noisy though and the bathroom was neat and clean. the hotel is located facing and very close to the sea beach. service staff was helpful and prompt.

Hotel is overall good. If you come by car, please be very careful before handing over your car-key to the hotel counter. As my car charger has been stolen. Nobody from the hotel is feeling sorry while their own drivers are off and on re-parking the cars, as per their convenience.So be very careful. Nothing to complain about except they have a moron manager ( At booking) named Utpal. Hes a complete idiot with no sense of hospitality.Except this nut everything else is standard...You may like the sea facing rooms on 1st and 2nd floor as they provide excellent views from the balcony though the rooms are noisy during day time due to their proximity from the main road. Also the outside big size windows are see-through which is a big negative point as the rooms are completely viewable from outside. You cant keep your curtains open and enjoy the outside view.Otherwise the rooms are specious and good. Foods are good too.Staffs are excellent and very cooperative

A very great place to stay in Puri. Its near to Jagannath Temple and also sea facing. It has good clean rooms. The best part is you can go to beach anytime. Also the market and places to eat are also near like walking distance.I would suggest to book this place if you want to enjoy and relax in Puri with a great view and convenience.The prices are not very high as per the location. It next to famous Puri hotel. So not difficult to find.

Room service is awesome but rooms are awful. Room does not have adequate place to keep clothes and other things. Bathroom lock is broken. No geyser. Please dont go there if you have a small baby. It will be a forgettable stay.

Great location clean rooms good service

I stayed twice in this hotel Once in July 2010 and then in July 2016.On both the occasions I booked the front sea view room in second floor.The room was spacious and all basic amenities were there.The restaurant was good,neat and clean.

Located near Swargadwar Beach in Puri, this is a good hotel with very efficient staffs and prompt services. Extremely satisfied with the room service of this hotel and the behaviour of the staffs. The restaurant is a good one too, featuring traditional bengali dishes. Very reasonable rate of dishes and the dishes prepared are nothing less than perfection. The exact location is however a little walk away from the main (bazaar) area of Swargadwar, which sometimes causes difficulty as my entire family accompanies me to tours which includess the elderly. However, autos and totos are easily available outside the premises for tourists to avail.

Location is good but many drawbacks are there.1. The Kolkata office imposed 4 days booking(I was repetedly asking them for 3 days)on the eve of holi. They said that if I want to stay there I have to pay for 4days.2. Food quality is not good and price is exorbitenly high. Behaviour of the Resturant Manager was too bad.3.
