Most pathetic company their sales & services is very below standard dont even deserve one star. The engineers who come to repair have zero knowledge give inflated quotes for any repair work & even spoil something which is somewhat working. Keep telling lies part has to ordered from Mumbai etc hard to believe such a big company doesnt keep spare parts in each city where their elevators are installed. Never make the mistake to use their service.

Very bad experience. We are a small society and can not afford rates of AMC offered by Schindler, we stopped signing AMC since last 2 years. Their marketing personnel keep us calling and harassing despite frequently telling them the reason for not being able to keep continue with their services.

Very bad experience with working with them .Lot of false and fake commitments by all the representatives . At last when i cancelled the order they forefit my advance payment and denied their mistakes in delay .The rules made by company for better customer service are pretty well but unfortunately the reprsentatives use these rules to only hide their mistakes and to keep the blame on the client in case of delays . They use these rules to secure their own job . They are not serious about their commitments .They only stick up with their contract terms after getting order advance . I understand they are ordered to follow the contract terms but then why they keep on going fake commitments . At the time of order they are playing a role of fake commitments which is not a part of their contract terms and thenafter showing us the contract norms and do not follows the commitments . One Lift installed on my site is also not installed centrally , it is around 450 mm eccentric from the shaft centre . I cancelled the order due to their teams fake commitments. They commited me to install the lift within 3 months, and upto last 10-15 days also they are keeping commiting me fake that they will do the same and it wa svery funny that at that time they ordered my material . Then when i strictly followed them they are showing me contract terms and told me they will take 3 months more to handover .I cancelled the order and following them from last 2 years regarding refund of my payment which is around rs 1.5 lakhs. I shocked when the company decided to forefit my payment showing me the contract terms instead of knowing the facts .They are not interested to know the facts .Instaed of taking action on their representatives they have satisfaction in forefit my payment . Staff in pesronal meet accepts the mistakes in delay due to company and feel guilty , but when it is time to get refund issue they shows me contract terms .Due their fake commitments why should i suffer ?Then i order the lift to OTIS and they handover the lift within 2 months to me . Very best experience to work with OTIS .
