A very helpful and cooperative staff. Mr Abhijeet is friendly and informed. Mr Maurya, the tech working on the bike, is very polite and doesnt mind you working with him and using his tools.A pleasant experience altogether.

Good collection of items. Pretty pathetic service. The staff didnt know things and kept waiting for someone else to answer. After a few redirects and 20 minutes, we realized that the person we were waiting for was on the phone. Not once were we asked to wait and given an estimate for the wait (we had travelled over an hour to be here). When we were heading out, the guy on the phone made ill-attempts to stop us and rather than be apologetic about the 30 minute wait, seemed to be perplexed why we were headed out.Wont be back here again anytime soon.Side note: why am I giving a 2 star instead of a 1? Every biker I know likes this place (which is why I travelled over an hour across city traffic in summer heat). This place does come highly recommended. If youre considering going here, please call ahead to check availability. I hope you have a better experience than I did. Ill be honest, I wish I did too because there arent many stores like this around here :( quite sad.

I liked the simplicity and theme created. Lots of stuff to choose from and for many different bikes. Looks like the outcome of a passion for bikes. A coffee shop, magazines, TV, would work really well to make it a hangout for bikers! I can see it working well there!

Well I will be getting my first bike so I have only little knowledge about the kind of gears required. I entered the store and told this thing first to everyone attending me including the owner himself.I had rough requirement in my mind though: a good helmet for highway rides and a Level 2 protection jacket.Positives: The owner seems to be a very experienced biker himself, so to hear first hand about the dos and donts of biking and also insight into required gear was helpful for a newbie biker like me.BUT.Negatives:1. I bought an HJC CS-14 helmet for INR. 8000 from here. Was told bythe owner that its cost is actually INR 9,500 and he is quoting it *low* because of clearance discount. Well, on coming back home this is what I found online.CS-14 is an old modelCS-15 is currently available at INR 7000CS-17 is currently available at INR 9000Go figure.2. I bought XDI Hypersport model jacket. I had requirement of a Level 2 jacket remember? And so I made sure to ask again and again before buying that this particular jacket indeed meets that requirement.Unfortunately, on checking on XDIs website online later on, I realized the jacket does NOT have built-in Level 2 protection . It is Level 2 ready. The spine protector is mentioned as Level 1 on the manufacturers website.So though my personal experience at store while buying was excellent, it soured the moment I cross-checked what I was sold. Will explore another store for future requirements.
