Please train your HR for good process. I dont think you have well trained people as compared to MNC. Its true that all your glassdoor bad reviews about management and HR are true.

PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY..All positive reviews are fake added by management.Here is real review about this companyI was joined as Java developer here from last one year i am doing donkey work here just copy paste... i lost all my skill set here...At the time of interview recruiter will say this is product base company. just ask recruiter about product name and search in the google you will never get any results in the google product list..They will give you good hike on your current package but that package is for your life time, yes life time because there is no appraisal here.. they told you about GBP incentive amount, based on performance... which you will never get..Good developer never stay here more than 1 year. attrition rate is very high here.. more than 3 resignation every day. job security is 0,can you get fired any day.Trust me this is not IT company, this is like Domestic BPOMy suggestion for all job seekers, just take the offer letter from here and give another interview in good company, you will get good hike with the help of this offer letter, most of the employee are doing this.If you want to work like slave. then please join this company.

At the time of joining they told me all Policies thats what I though but after joining I started learning few things about the organisation. Late Salary (At the end of second month), No proper management, Non-technical team decides what developers should be doing, No support of senior staff . I would suggest do not go for this organisation

Very bad experience. Dont waste Candidates time if you dont wanna hire them.-Got interviewed on Saturday and selected. Same day had HR discussion on salary and all. Informed me that they would contact mi on Monday. But they didnt communicated mi ever after. I asked for response via mail twice but no reply from HR.

This is disgusting if you commit someone that ur selected and you will receive a call so that really means that u should call n inform inspite when you go after few days they just easily refuse that u have been late why didn’t you call me so long blah blah blahhh n the end they say u have to give the interview again ...so to the HR please don’t waste our time in all stupid things and hide ur mistakes we actually deserve a sorry from u and try to understand you only don’t have precious time to waste others..

Worst company ever. I got selected in this company and even I had received offer letter but HR called me and said that they have to revoke their offer because client issue....plz guys dont go fr interview in this company...you will not get anything from this company.

Management is not good. I have to wait for 3 hrs to appear for first round test. They have pantry near reception, so we have to suffer lot of noise whole day.

Where poor management , HR dont know about any policies, takes lot of time for documentation. While giving FnF payment they said it will be done within 45 days . And here 3 months are over still FnF payment is pending. Also deducted lot of money on FnFVery poor managment

Irresponsible staff if you get selected over here , they just say you they will call you soon bt they dont even call you u once ..even if u take a follow up from a employee by whom u are reffered ..they just easily say abhi kuch nhi ho sakta apko dobara interview dena hoga they hide each and every mistake of their and also blame us why didnt you call me (HR)..so plz dont waste ur time in such peoples
