I have given aptitude test and got a call for 2nd round, at that time they ask me about my passing years. As I have educational gap in my engineering so told them about it, the guy who called vishal told me ok I will talk to my panel and will let you know. So I just call him to ask after and hour regarding the same and that time he just started speaking arrogantly, That how can you expect a interview tomorrow after having a educational gap, will choose other candidates who never had gap.I understand the policy of company and respect it, but when candidate are just confirming this is not the way to speak ans make them feel unworthy. I recently got interviewed for the post of Linux administrator.3 different rounds taken very nicely. Very nice employees treated me and other candidates.HR Team is so nice.I have not yet got selected but I found very nice environment in the office.

Worst interview experience ever. I suggest nobody should give interview in this company. This company does not deserves your quality time which you will spent on this companys interview process. I gave interview on 18th July 2020. Interview starts 25 mins late from scheduled time. Then interviewers behavior was so pathetic i cant explain. He is so negative person he started judging the character from your past experience. I went to Tudip for interview last week. I faced 3 rounds and feel the there was a strict lack of professionalism in the company. The interviewer keep waiting for 1 hour even after he was aware if my arrival for the interview. Even after getting interviewed for mid senior level the interview question for like for recent college pass out. The interview pass comments on academic Background stating that why I Not Pursued MBA and only done the engineering . The attitude of interviewers in was very negative in all round . Does not recommend anyone for the job and interviewing in the company is waste of time.

They will make you work for hours and when it comes to month end and if they find you are doing discussions with your seniors or doing things not according to them than they will give you performance notice for no reason and your salary is on hold.Fully Micro Managed Company. Till Date they havent released my salary and the reason was I made a spelling mistake and asked for a holiday on Saturday.Please Stay Away from this company.

Worst Company. I suggest, its better jobless. In Tudip you have to work 15 hrs daily. If you have done your work early and you leave for home at your time then they told you that you dont work. You have no work they will assign more project to you. and if you know how to do buttering then this company is good. here if you do buttering to your manager then they will treat you like you are the only one who works properly. Moreover, their CEO, CTO, and manager have enough time for your personal life, If you take your earned leave then told you why you take leave for hanging with friends. I was called for an interview regarding QA vacancy to their Wakad office. First day I went I was called around 3 PM but the interview was done around 6 PM by the interviewer. Interview was easy there was not a lot of technical relevant questions asked by him. I was then again told to sit in the for next round with some of there seniors, it was skype call they made to the person through tablet.Questions were similar related to testing and general questions. Again I waited for an hour in which I was given a questionnaire to answer. Q1.Exit criteria. then some random questions seems like searched on google. Answered everything. Then went home and told to come again wakad from Magarpatta (I came ) for Final round with CEO. It was a bad experience as I was asked questions like should salary be deducted from QAs if they missed a bug which caused monetary loss in production I said I am not sure. I then was sent home. Again after few days I was called for one more final round (yeah 5 rounds now) with CTO for which I was again told to travel and was late due to heavy traffic my bad but interview was cool unlike the previous interviews. Then again i was told wait for the result for two more days. Then was told my CV does not match their requirement( Well could have told me in the first round itself). The HRs seems cool they were doing what was told to them so no issue with them. One of the interviewers were downright Rude and not respectful at all( You guys figure who). One more thing I am pretty much sure I heard one of your Digital marketing team telling somebody on phone to put reviews like Best company to work for while waiting in reception . No I guess good reviews are not trustworthy. One advice- Dont waste candidates time and money for your fun. If your time is money so is others too. If your requirement is different then tell candidate at first dont drag time and effort for no reason. Dont waste time here interviewing try only if you dont have job. Interviewed for the position of project manager in Tudip this week.There were 3 round of interview and the 3rd round was with the CEO.As I also have some entrepreneurship experience and during the the 3rd round of interview the CEO of the company was not seems convinced with my experience as entrepreneur she showed a disrespect to wards my experience as a fail entrepreneur. Her attitude was not good at all during the interview and showing that being a failed entrepreneur I have no right to work in industry. My impression was not so good when I went there for an interview. The interviewer had just come after a smoke and the smell was all over. Anyway, I had been there to get interviewed for a Sr. Managers position. The company has never ever done any kind of marketing activities in the past (as told by the interviewer) and by the idea that I got after talking to the interviewer, I was firm that he too barely knew about digital marketing or infact just marketing and hence the discussion was not at all related to the topic. After waiting for almost 2 hours, my interview started and ended in mere 15-20 mins. In this 20 mins what I found that the company had struggled a lot to find the difference between client and customers and for them client is the one who pays and customer is the one doesnt (lol). Anyway, on the other hand I told him about the bad reviews people wrote on Google about Tudip, especially written by internal customers (employees), its time they should do a thorough Online reputation management, yet the guy was so ignorant that he said they are not our customers. An employee is never our customer. I was zoinked by such ignorance. Overall my experience in the interview was not so professional as I expected.The company all in all looks as if its blabbering a lot. The wall stickers of quotes, the interiors and the overall ambience just comes in your face the moment you enter. Especially, the wall stickers, they are everywhere (mustve been in the washroom too, I did not check it!). I wonder why over use of stickers, then I realized, may be there staff is not obedient enough an hence the plastic motivation.

They called for interview on 7th August 19 (first round), and I have cleared first round of interview and next day they are called for final round of interview. In a final round of interview there is no technical question, they are simply asking what is your day to day operation in your current organisation and its like management round with CTO.FROM THE INTERVIEW I COME TO KNOW THEY ARE CALLED FOR JUST FOR FORMALITY FORMALITIES.AND LACK OF POOR RESPONSE FROM HR AND TUDIP TEAM.

Before visiting to company, I already heard many bad things about company like they conduct interviews but dont give call. Same happened with me. First, they took written test then interview. In interview, they asked basic questions. Also, they asked me about joining date, expected salary. Experience was not that good for me.

Worst company please dont waste your time here. I live in Bhopal and I went Pune specially for the interview without knowing their reality. They usually have 3-4 rounds that can be conducted in a single day but still their interview process takes a month (1 round per week) to finish the process and even if you manage to answer all of the questions properly they will reject you without any reason. If you still want to try then please read all of the negative reviews before going there. They always have vacancies and every week they conduct interviews. I dont understand what kind of company it is. Maybe they conduct fake interviews just for their publicity. Their working environment was also very unprofessional. Its better to sit unemployed at home rather than joining tudip.

I worked with this company for one year. This is the worst company to join. Dont get flattered with the looks of company at the time of interview and after interview. Everything is to fool you. Everyday 1-2 employees leave the organisation because of frustration. No fixed HR, every month new HR is hired and after one month that HR leave. At the time of interview they will say we have 6 months appraisal cycle but however you will be given joining on such a date that you will not be eligible for appraisal. BTW ZERO appraisal here, even if you are eligible for appraisal and work hard you will be told that you havent done anything for company and you will be given zero appraisal. No matter how much skilled you are, you will have to work one month free here and you will not be given salary for that one month. All the good reviews posted here are posted by employees of company itself and yes they are forced to give good reviews. You will not learn anything in this company except copy pasting. You will be treated worst than a labour by making you work 14-16 hours daily. If you do work 15 hours then also at the end you will get the response that you are doing nothing here. Buttering is common. Top management are from non engineering background and will find mistakes in your code and provide irrelevant solutions to client. All reviews posted on Glassdoor are also posted by internal employees. Employees are told to give good review and yes i know most of the 5 star rating givers(employees) here. If you are to join this company or going for interview in this company please have a look at all negative(truth) reviews. No policies apply to you if you are not completing 2 years with them. Even if are doing right thing here then also you are scolded for doing right thing. You have to follow everything like a blind sheep. As per my experience in this company I would not recommend you to join this company for the sake of your future. All good reviews posted here are either posted by internal employees or by those who have recently joined and dont know the actual truth. And yes they encourage bad practices. A verry good software company. I went there for interview of software developer. It is easy to reach anyone who wants to reach here. Staff is verry supportive. Interview process is verry long. They take 7 to 8 rounds. Environment is verry cool. Any new person can get attracted ....................................
