Looks great from the outside, but inside a lot of office politics creater by management, marketing team within. Be careful if you join there or find a better option. They removed one of my friend without any valid justification..

Nicely built office, Coditas owns two floors here, and the total area is 15000sqft. I am mentioning this because Mitul and the team have grown the organization with a long-term growth strategy where trust plays a significant role. Coditas is known for its clean and quality coding and organic growth from 2 people to 400 people in the last six years.

I had been to Coditas for an interview, my experience was really nice , the interviewer was really soft spoken, very patient and polite.This interview process was really different and very nice.

NEVER go for an INTERVIEW. they will call you for interview and they will conduct your interview but they will not select you. No matter how many questions u answer. I gave interview. answered all questions & for 2nd round one of HR said next round will be conduct but one of the person is in meeting. now u go & we will inform you this is how they reject people.

Hr not see ur cv and u tell all the answer but they will not selectedbecause u dont know about some like spring boot hr know it but hr call u for interview because she show her job but you are just waste the time of candidate .and wait show much time to know the result .hr not tell because she busy with phone

It has an impressive client list like Monsanto, sencha and from vacation rental portals to heart rate monitoring on smartphones. After four years of its establishment, still they are able to maintain a startup culture. It is a great place to learn and enhance your skills. It can be a good learning curve for freshers. Transparency between employee and management is maintained throughout. Apart from these things you also needs to be on your toes all the times. So it might become too much to handle for the people who arent focussed or discliplane.coditas is a bunch of amazing talented people who focuses on quality and makes sure that everyone in the team should be capable and has to be caliber to perform.
