1 month before i went through the interview process for the position of senior .net developer. i have cleared my first telephonic round then HR asked me for second round. I had given all the answers of the questions in the second round. After that HR(Sana Mulla) didnt try to inform my about interview result. After asking Sana again and again using text and email, she said you have a negative feedback then i asked what is negative in feedback she didnt reply yet now.Honestly company didnt have any vacancies they are just showing off. Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time here.This is my honest review. if you have any questions ping me here i will share my number with you.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cuelogic Technologies (virtually) in March 2020.The Interview Process consisted of 2 rounds within the company and a client round. I was through with the first two rounds but was not able to make it through the client round as the questions were more focused on application debugging.I was not fine with my rejection and bursted out on the recruiter, but the way the HR team handled me is worth mentioning. I have been through a lot of interviews with a lot of companies, but not everywhere we find a good candidate experience throughout the interview process.This is one of the few companies where I felt that the company values people above all.

Company culture is nice and it maintains a work life balance. The hiring process was welcoming. As trainee i could assure that company provides opportunities to learn and discover.

Worst experience with the HR Sana and interviewer in the second round.I didnt answer only 1 question in second round and question was Irrelevant.I appreciate my first round interviewer that seems like technical person but in the second round, interviewer has list of Irrelevant questions, just reading and asking.To be very honest, In this Covid 19 situation, company just trying to show off that they have openings but actually not.

You will get immediate feedback about your interview, no need to wait for it. Hiring process is smooth and all things will be done within 3 to 4 days.Pros:1. Nice work culture. Company is very open to employees.2. Good compensation. No hidden deduction/cuttings in salary, so you will get more in hand salary.3. I attended the interview which was very good just missed 1 answer and not selected.My profile was based on the JD in case you want different skills or role then the JD please do mention the expectation prior and being in IT we always learn and up skill so some percentage skillsets mismatch should be considered.

I dont know how are they judging the candidates on what basis. I had answered all questions correctly yet they rejected me. Worst experience at cuelogic.

Interviewed for the position of project manager. The Interviewer seems was realy not experienced as he was asking questions which was not relevant to the respective position. I shows a unprofessional approach of the company while hiring . I have seen here that the company response for high ratings and so called positive reviews not for honest feedbacks given with low rating.During the interview only after 2 minutes conversation I found that the interviewer was not professional and has lack of experience and I asked him to stop the interview at once to avoid wastage of my time.I am supersied to see that how people will ignore such things and give high rating feedbacks.
