Pathetic recruitment team and foolish process.I attended for a senior position recently and some guy(main interviewer out of 3) who has less experience than me took the interview and asked very basic/bookish questions. Still it was fine by me(no offense to the person, respect) as I thought it was their way of recruiting and tried to answer all questions(Ofcourse I missed some). The other two belongs to my secondary skill set and are good.The whole technical interview alone happened for 1hour 30 minutes and i was still ok with it. Got a reply saying the first round was cleared and you have one more technical round. I was shocked as 1.5 hours of technical discussion was not enough for them, still I decided to proceed further. The next round was very much similar and this time the interviewer was way less experienced than the first guy and asked the same questions again.Its better not to go in detail about the second interviewer and how childish he is. Expecting the same answers which he has already saved/written and not able to understand the technical terminology.Firstly, what is the point of asking same questions even in next round. (Even top companies dont have two long technical rounds)Secondly, please make sure the pannel is strong enough(Both on technical and experience perspective).Also if you guys feel am not capable enough for the role would have rejected me in first round itself.If your recruitment and technical team has no work to do, try to upskill yourself instead of wasting other candidates valuable time.

Gone for the Java developer interview, very bad interview process. Had waited for 3 hours still first round didnt happened.When I asked hr about my turn. She pointed out to the bundles of resume that they have that many candidates, you have no other option but to wait.Hence I left immediately.
