Good organized corporate offices building in Mundhwa, where Pune’s main Passports office is located. Few motorcycles parking available along the road and Paid Parking is located couple minutes walk from the the entrance.Staff is really friendly and helpful.Bus stop few steps from the entrance door. Snacks & xerox shops are located opposite of building.

Passport office is situated here. Parking is pay and park 30Rs. is fare. Nearby xerox, tea stalls, breakfast etc available. Just need to take care for childrens as vehicles move faster here.

Very good commercial building. Has Passport Seva Kendra on ground floors and other IT companies on upper floor. Building is easy to locate. Facilities like washrooms, etc. are well maintained and also has separate parking facility for people who visit Passport Seva Kendra office.

Visited PSK, systematic approach to handle crowd. Crew work is at best, they can handle lot of people with ease. Overall nice experience. Also Zero One has manageable area, has nice decoram.

The place is amazing but the staff working for zero one isnt. I had an argument with one of the staff working there as he seemed to mistake me for someone else. When I tried to contact the manager named Sagar Jagdale he just treated us like were nobodies. The staff handling this place is incompetent. The guy named Sachin behaves like hes the manager of RBI. When I called him to solve my issue, he behaved like our concerns meant nothing. The place is amazing but the people managing it are pathetic. They need a training session on how to treat customers instead of stereotyping people when someone calls him. The guy had the audacity of blocking my number instead of solving my concern. If it wasnt for independence, I have no respect for the place or the people there. FYI, Ive been living in the same area for 22 years of my life and never have I faced this issue. You guys need to replace your manager.

Dont buy the coverUpdate: 23/9/2020: So here in Pune ,for police verification standard procedure is that police constable visit the applicants house for verification purpose.but Due to Covid situation,we have to visit the allotted police station with documents of police verification and submit there and further process takes place.So actual process should be opposite anyway.its easy for police but police constable told me that he will come for verification but he didnt come and forwarded the documents for further process.Update 29/9/2020: Received message stating the passport has been given for printing and once printed it will be posted by speed post.and tracking number will be given .hopes it Comes early.Final Update 1/10/2020: so I VISITED THE PSK ON 15TH September and today is 1St October.within 15days I received my passport! !!! HERE IN PUNE ,POLICE DONT ASK FOR BRIBE IF ALL YOUR DOCS ARE CORRECT AND THEY HAVE TO WORK WITHIN THE RULES!!

Clean and up to the mark premises.

The complex is mainly known for passport office and a cafeteria in the ground floor. There is no parking in the mall. However, there is a dedicated parking for visitors on an empty land just close to the mall. If you are visiting for passport work, make sure you reach 20min before schedule considering the parking and walking. There is a photocopy shop opposite to mall entry in case you need it. In summers it’s hot and as such there’s no shaded area to stand. A light office umbrella is advised. Similar could be the case in monsoon as well. The area is mostly free from traffic so you may at least not experience those delays unlike other places in pune.

That is an office building where a lot of offices are there. I visited one but could not find a place to eat. The best part was there were so many autos and taxis available outside that you do not have to wait and can get into them. Overall it was ok

Passport office - Everything great but parking. One has to park vehicle at various parking lots(private) to visit passport office. Rest everything is well planned, not like a typical crowded govt. dept office. Its quite organized and even if you are kept waiting for few mins, there is proper arrangement of seating space. Entire facility is air conditioned.

Fresh and renew passport application processing are done here. There is facility of Xerox and Photo in passport office. But if you make any mistake while applying or police verification, you need to go to Baner passport office for correction.

Very bad experience with services at PSk Pune. I went there to renew the passport . It took me 6 hrs to get the application submitted. The queues are completely mismanaged and it gets pretty crowded inside the passport office.

Passport office- they will ask you to buy passport cover.. dont buy it...its very worst qualityas per amount they demand .... Its a commercial building, on ground floor there is passport office, opens at 9.30 am, on time all process are beeing done, you get a appointment online or any other agent,be there on time, with original documents, there are 4 process, 1 is the verifying your application and documents and after that A,B, C. A - where your application is submitted with photograph, then again B and then C, C will a time arroun 45 minit waiting, while A nd B are quick.

Passport Office - Super Fast service. Very helpful staff. They can handle a lot of people at the same time. Car parking is away from the office.

Visited the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) which is located on the ground floor of this commercial establishment. There are 2 parking lots on either side of the road located few metres away, but both charge a fee for parking 2 and 4 wheelers. 2 wheelers are usually parked on the road in front of the building but its officially a no parking area. The building exterior is impressive and easily noticeable as you drive by. Security at the PSK is strict and allow only those inside who have valid appointment or documents.

The staff was polite and despite close to 300 people being there my work was done in 60 minutes flat. Just that they sold make better seating arrangement as many families come along with kids and old people.

Private parking takes 30/-, Old age peoples have to stand outside gate, no management, 1 counter peoples not behaving properly, no display of procedures to follow, at counter A Rs 45/- for SMS charges why if already 1500/- paid, also marketing leather covers starting from 330/-, Batch and C counter peoples not even asking to seat people, total mess up, while exit asking to submit feedback forms, crowd at counter, staff not giving documents properly, keeping adhar card inside other documents, peoples keep searching, Old peoples get panic, no que, any one standing anywhere. Very poor management.

Best PSK in pune.* Parking area sign boards placed well before this building on road side and at the divider.* Its private paid parking on both sides of road and thus you dont have to take U turn.* should have been free/separate parking for passport office visitors.* Entrance for passport office is from right most gate of the building.* have visited twice for two applications in family and had very good experience both the times.* well organized (token based system),desciplined passport seva kendra.* processing is faster, counters are lot compare to other centers.(38 around)* For tatkal only one officer, counter for initial check and approval but wont take much time (4-5 mins for each person and thus total time depends on queue)* there is AC in premises.(need to mention as u will not get in other post office psk and specially need in summer :) )* priority for senior citizens and minor.* you are not allowed to take any food items inside office.so plan accordingly for kids.
