Nice project, lobby and lifts are good but flats and passages are compact.

Unprofessional sales person.. disconnected the call and sending msg to call in office hours...

Society is yet to get completed..flat was good but you reach through kuccha road.

The project is small , area measuring 1 acre. The project has two wings, A (11 storeys) and B (8 storeys) , and have almost 100 flats. The flats are 1 ,1.5, 2BHK and two 3 BHK penthouse. The amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool etc are occupy a small space. Open space and greenery in society is less as compared to big societies in the area. Parking space availability seems to be an issue. Every bit of open area is alloted for car parking making it a bit of overcrowded. However location is good on the proposed DP Road. The ex-Sahara land on the opposite is still has very less buildings, so it is peaceful around.
