Dont even think of purchasing a flat from Sheth Realty.....They will trap you and your money both. Beverly Hills, Pune is the latest example of their no work, no transparency attitude.It was promised to be given in july but not even half of the construction is completed till now and I guess they dont have any genuine buyers also. So dont go with the fake reviews posted by their team members.
Sheth Realty team is doing amazing work of creating such great projects like Beverly Hills and Tiara. I am thoroughly happy with their construction quality, attention to detail, value and most importantly behaviour and the way they treat people.I strongly recommend them if anyone is interested in premium quality projects in Pune.Sheth Realty Team please keep up the good work and all the best..!!
