Best project in eastern Pune with top class amenities.

The site looks promising if we leave behind the road issues which are under resolution. I am hoping to see better connectivity as even if the road is built, the locality can be eerie just with the road.

Best township in eastern pune in recent time. Should visit at least once.

Project is really promising but approach is not. You may get lost if you dont know exact way . Builder promises that there would be a good road but you never know what and how promises work. I believe had they made approach road first people wouldnt have thought twice to invest.

Do not buy ... formally known as kul nation. VTP has taken over from long time.they are creating multiple location on google to fool PPL. They have delayed the project after taking money. Booked in 2013 paid 80% . They keep on changing rera complition date. 7 plus year but no flat. Also there is no road current road to the project is on lease. In 2013 they had promised road and in 2019 also...there is nothing but stones. May be they will buy fake reviews to make it 5 stars....you can believe there marketing and be a sufferer or make u r own investigation. Many flat owners are already fighting case rera...check rera website. Rera has ask to file onece five year from registration is completed. For many it is completing this year...5 years wait. There many customer stuck and will be taking legal action. Dont be another victim

It was kumars project take over by vtp reality now this land parcel ins part if township Pegasus it has 103+ acres in which vtp, godrej and soliter have there land parcel.
