I had booked a flat at Padmnabh scheme in 2015. I paid around 17 lac rupees incl stamp duty and registration fees. Likely completion date was Dec 2018, however, no work has been done on the project since 2016. They are giving no of reasons for delayed work and promise that the work will commence shortly, but nothing moves. They are even not ready to return money. These people are frauds. Dont ever give them your hard earned money.

I have paid 20% amount to Darode Jog builder and booked flat in greenland county phase 2 on 2013 still i am waiting for possession of flat i have register the complaint against this builder in maharera. never go for such a fraud builder

Its a fake company, fake builder how anyone can give him stars... I had no options below 1 star to give. I invested in Padmanabh and begging to landowner to complete the construction and Darode Jog is out of picture. Strange but truth.

Worst builder doesnt have any planning for there schemes. I was booked flat in their EPL scheme few years back, they came up with worst plan for Trinity towers at Sinhgad road. I didnt like their plan as they were planning this tower on small waste area and i will be going to for amenities they had for another society nearby.There plan was also not good. I changed my mind and cancelled my booking. Finally after few years got to know they didnt taken this project ahead.

Cant rate less than 1 star. Booked flat in DJs Padmanabh in 2014 with expected date of possession Dec 2016. Its already Feb 2018 and another 20% work remaining. No progress at all. Bankrupt developer. MAHARERA also instructed DJ to refund money for two of the flat owners i know. My money is stuck now. Never buy from these crooks.

I booked the flat in Padmanabh in 2014. Possesion was expected in December 2016. but now doesnt know when we will get the possession. Builder team telling now possession will be december 2017. They are not reliable at all. we purchased the flat at comparitively higher price in that area as builder is renowned. but now i am worried for my money invested in the flat. 95% paid. really repenting on decesion.

Crooks its been 8 yrs since I bought a place here and still dont have the possession for the property at Liviano.Although they respond to e-mails they keep coming up with excuses for their inability to finish on time. If you guys are incompetent why take up a project which is not in your league, and create a turmoil for people who have bought a house?? These guys are just insane... STAY AWAY from these ppl and buy a house which is ready to move in always.

I had book one bhk at your donde site. Since any work has not yet started there i was said to take a flat in other scheme which is almost 90% completed and rs. 75000 to 1 lac are likely to rise from previous estimate.i visited the site but didnt liked the available flats (remaining from the existing scheme) and meanwhile an unavoidable expense arised, so I requested your representative to cancel my booking and refund the amount.i had given the application regarding that. That time in Aug 16 he said he would be able to manage funds of 1 lac till Dec 16and remaining 77000 after Feb 17 and would not be possible earlier as the company is in some crucial financial problems. I agreed as I was in need of till nov 16 and was ready to manage the requirements for further one month. But since December 16 i am communicating to your representatives regarding the urgency of getting the funds but no one is telling anything. Everytime they are telling to call after a week/couple of days saying their work is over n concern person is on leave/not available/has some family problem etc. When I demand for an appointment with Mr.Darode or Mr.Jog to talk to them regarding the facts and refund the representative saying that an appointment is not possible, i will have to communicate to him only. I would have no problem if I had got the refund as committed. But my question is are the partners of that reputed construction group aware of all this? Is this type of treatment is been given by their orders/ Consent. I had made the possible efforts to meet my financial requirements by gold loan n other possible loans but failed to meet the requirement. Since my funds are with you from March 2015, i request you to pay my money immediately . Due to some unavoidable reasons I need the money deposited with you urgently. Please do the needful and reply me when I will get the refund at the earliest .

Booked flat in Liviano Kharadi...after taking 95% money , work has been stalled for years .This was supposed to be a luxury apartment complex...my unfinished flat has huge ceiling leaks. Worst decision of my life to book with these crooks & liars.
