This is the house I have built on the plot sold to me by M/S Shinde Developers. No doubts the location is awesome, however; Ishwar sir has failed to keep his promise of providing electricity and water facility for the plotting. A lot of other people who purchased the plots here are waiting for electricity and water connection, but to save the rent I built a small house and now my life is made miserable 😭😫😣. I am still waiting for my own electricity connection. Only God knows 🙌🙏 when they are gonna get quotation from the contractor to put electric poles in plotting. Cause Everytime I call sir I get the answer that they are yet to receive the quotation. Date 2/1/2021.Here I come today with another review. Its almost about to be a year, still no sign of water, electricity and roads on the plot. Finally Mr. Ishwar Pawale opened up his mouth and asked all the plot members to pay 15000 for getting the electricity connection. I was the 1st one to pay these charges, out of 15k I paid 10k and told him that the rest will be paid after the work is done. I paid this amount on 22nd July along with a neighbour and have waited till date for the moment. Still no sign of getting the electricity.

Fake and 420 . Purchased land with group of friends . He never keeps his words. Prices always change minutes to second and loots your money .totally fake . Construction quality low. Land slide pictures attached from site, always a financial crisis with developer, doesnt seem has any experience , not even paying watchman salaries, life is insecure here ! Developer Deepak shinde .
