They have very well developed Row Houses with handsome price limit.

All that you can think of is wrong with these dwellings. Poorly maintained, non responsive staff, high on maintenance cost , poor on facilities, never came up to the expectations of the buyers and never got developed into a place suitable for living of families. Sara City came up during economic crisis of 2008, customers were lured into buying affordable housing with promise of quality. Thereafter, the customers paid exorbitant maintenance cost for poor services, faced deliberate misbehaviour, street urchin like conduct from the staff. It was a business model wherein customers were lured into paying once and thereafter regularly for dwellings which attained notoriety and infamy with each passing year. Beware of touts.

Its a bogus society and the secretaries and chairman all are so irresponsible and non responsive people they dont even bother so kindly as such connectivity of the area is not good and though flats are cheaper and its in industrial area also but still not a good place to live in so kindly avoid this area has water issues, electricity and many others also half of the people who hold positions do not bother about the society members also

Water problem

We booked the flat in Sara city, 2 months ago.. because of our personal reason we cancelled it, at the time of booking they commit that if we cancelled the booking they will return our booking amount. Till they not refund our booking amount. Only giving reasons that we are processing.

Do not book flat from Sara builder as there is no quality work. Beware from their marketing team as there is false commitment every time. Booking flat in Sara Group means constant frustration, anger and betrayal. I am thinking of surrendering my flat.

Please do not buy any property from Sara Builder. I have purchased flat in Sara Metroville at Punawale from Sara Builder in June 2017 and I got a possession in April 2019 without completion from PCMC. Every flat owner got a false commitment from Sara builder. As per agreement with sara builder they gave me posession date as Dec 2018, however till Dec 2018 they did only 65% work. And remaining work they finished in just 3 months with 3rd clas quality. Builder dont care about customer safety. A building work is in progress along with remaining work of B building, as you know A building is under construction, they have not fitted enough safety net around the under construct building. Everyday raw material fall down from 6th floor of A building, 1 of our society member got injured due to this silly work from builder.Builder committed to each flat owner for ample space of parking however they dont have enough space for parking. Still 30 % of flat owner have not got parking. I am the the first customer who got possession first, however I got only frustration from day in 50 lakh.Even they do not have experience staff ( for ex. Site Engineer, sales officer etc) They dont have enough knowledge about the civil work.

Its good but so far from city who are working near this scoeity for them its perfect. Rents are low and for purchasing flat also relatively less prices. But one drawback is for 1bhk and 2 BHK apartments have very small kitchen. That is not good. Rest of the things are good.

We are staying in b phase,,, they never inform about water cut,,, they can switch water off whenever they want,,, housekeeping service is poor,,, kids play area are not properly managed,,, they built a shade for pooja in kids play area,, though they have ample space to built it in different place.

Not at all worth to invest. My personal experience. Not recommended
