I was asked to share my design on email, which I did the same day only. I didnt get any reply from them. I also called them a few times but they never picked up my call. They must be real busy with work I guess. Keep it up!

But chaos started after diwali. I met her on 12th Nov and I had SPECIFICALLY told her that I would be leaving Pune on 1st DEC. She assured me that it would take a day or two max. She AGREED to give a PAID sample when I ASKED her if they can give one. She could have just told no!! But then she just became unreachable.I kept on pinging n calling her. She kept on changing dates. I was concerned cause I was losing on time and she bursted. She blamed it entirely upto me. I had sent her the draft on 12th Nov only but she accused that I didnt. She started reacting on giving a sample also (one that would have taken her 1 day apparently). She was indeed VERY RUDE (like some other reviewers have faced)I still tried to tell her that I have listened to every thing she asked and had high thoughts about her. I would still like to meet her and complete the work. And the way she replied!!! I wish I could show you screenshots. She told I am childish, I cant pressurise a vendor, its my fault that I wasnt ok with whatever she was giving, she is done with me and doesnt want to deal with me!! WOW.OH BY THE WAY! She had also given me the reason that she was busy cause she couldnt complete my work in 15 days. In short, if you have work dear to you (I had customised invitation cards for my wedding), PLEASE do not visit this place. Theyll take up all the load willingly and then dump you when they realise they cant. There are SEVERAL other BETTER printers in Pune and Mumbai who know CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very rude lady i ever met . I visited this shop after seeing all positive reviews I wonder how so many good ratings are given. I will advice do not give any work to this lady. Totally, Waste of time and money . Giving 1 star as cant give below it.She dont know how to talk with customers . Behavior less ladyIf you guys want self respect then dont go..I cant discribe in words . Shame full..As per your replyI am just shocked that how uve tried to hide your mistakes. The story uve written is not actually what happened there. Ill tell you what was the story.We went there and asked to that lady to show the visiting cards. First of all I want to reply to your first lie, we do not outsource any visiting cards or id cards. We didnt even talk about it. We just told u about our company and our needs. Second thing, that lady showed us some samples but we didnt destroy or crush. Who does that? Its senseless thing uve written. I went there as a customer not as criminal. After seeing all the samples I just said to my friend that its costly and here that lady losses her calmness. We asked her to tell the price of other samples. She just denied and said No, U said its costly and we dont have any sample for you. you can go now. These were the words of the lady. When we said that u r taking very rudely. You should not talk to your customer like this.That lady said get lost from here . Is this the way u talk to ur customers?U can be like this at your home but not with your customers. Customers will negotiate the price. Who doesnt? Bt it doesnt mean you can say any things to them. We also didnt say anything about reviewing your business. But your behavior compelled us to review you. People should know about you. Also here u r talking to behave with the woman. First of all we didnt say anything to her. She only asked to leave her shop and try to threat that she will call security. And her last sentence was get lost . Sir U tell me, who has given authority to disrespect her customers or a man. Just because she is a woman she can do anything. Is that u want to say?We do not wanted to reply u again but u write the whole story wrong. So I had to correct it.Also instead of writing the story, change your behavior. It will be good for you and for your business.
