I have volunteered here for a few sessions. Objective of the organization is noble and they are also well-organized. However, top-management does not acknoeldge efforts of the volunteers and have unrealistic expectations. Content and methodology of the teaching could be better. It is difficult to volunteer here if you are having a full-time job and can face situations where you have to cancel sessions under difficult circumstances.Jo (Ms. Jyoti Gosavi) can go upto the extent of thrashing you for having unavoidable circumstances. I had also experienced her no-show for a meeting without any prior notice. I had great time working with Shripal and his small team. Made good friends, but experience of volunteering could be better. When I resigned, I did not get even a thank you from management or they didnt try to have a talk to resolve the issues.Love is acceptance according to me. I found love very conditional at this organization. I had encouraged 4 of my friends to volunteer here and had to apologize to them for their similar experience as mine.Overall, bittersweet experience!

Naren is a great mentor and coach. I did the Lets explore batch in 2020 on recommendation of a very close friend, and I cant thank him enough. The program was inspiring and transformational. I now have a mentor for life :)
