Rajiv Gandhi Institute of I.T And Biotechnology is considered as one of the best institutes in Biotechnology. I can tell you two things; (i) People respect the institute very much. I have asked to a few local guys when i first saw the institute about what and how good the institute is. All of them said that it is one educational institute that is considered as the insignia of quality. (ii) I visited the campus sometime back and i should say it loud that it is one of the best and cleanest campuses in here.

My journey in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT and Biotechnology is mesmerizing which is filed with many beautiful moments, people and stories which are going to last with me for a lifetime. This is because, the Teacher and staff are very helpful they are ready to help and stand with you at any point of time professionally as well as emotionally. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology and Biotechnology is a great college for college education. The placements here are also very good. The college has very good facilities for students. Teachers also help children very well. I am a 2019 passout student in college and I am currently working as a junior knowledge associate in Innoplexus.

I am an ex-student of RGITBT, currently a postdoc researcher at Oncology and Metabolic Department in the unit of reproductive medicine, University of Sheffield - United Kingdom. I graduated as Masters in Bioinformatics (2014). It has a wonderful environment for students to study. The staff encourages students to participate in various projects. I have had a wonderful experience while I was studying at RGITBT.

Being in this college for 5 years paved a way to explore the new horizons in the field of life sciences. I completed my Bachleors and Masters degree in Biotechnology in this college that comes under Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) fruitfully. No doubt, this is one of the best college in Pune (whe compared to different colleges of Biotechnology in Pune) for laboratory equipment, materials to provide the physical experience between theoretical and practical science. Teachers are supportive which guide you to tackle problems faced in each aspect of life.

I was a student in the institution for 5 years - completed my UG in 2012 & PG in 2014.It was a wonderful experience getting to learn from the expertise of various fields of biotechnology.I was one of the most notorious students, the college had ever seen and yet they stood by my side and supported me.Today Im a lecturer in Biology and training students for clearing medical entrance examination - NEET.Our UG batch was the most active batch in terms of sports and cultural activities and we did crazy events in the college.I took part in various inter-college competition with the support of - Preeti Mam, Vidya Mam and Snehil Mam (theyre like mothers to me).Teachers went out of their way to make us understand the various concepts and applications.RGITBT has the best of equipment and laboratory facility. (Although we werent allowed to use some of them due to fear of spoilage). However, the teachers demonstrated various practical activities very smoothly.The overall journey has been mesmerising and tonnes of memories stored in our brains forever.My special thanks and gratitude to -Dr Athoiba Singh (Botany & Environmental biotechnology),Dr Sanjay Gaikwad (Zoology),Dr Bipin (Microbiology),Dr Rashmi Tupe (Biochemistry),Dr Vidya Tale (Microbiology & Virology),Snehil Jaiswal (Molecular biology and animal tissue culture)Dr Shaikh (Biochemistry),Preeti Mam (Bioinformatics),Dr Meti (Plant tissue culture).
