No manners to talk at all . They are not delivering our parcel for free . We are paying for it. The customers deserves respect.

Only 1 staff member was on duty on Saturday. Google should provide negative star system for such places

Today 8th Jan 2021 I happen to visit the post office to renew P O. P. P. F. Account. I was surprised how much effort Mr. Khanolkar ( I might have pronounced his name wrong) he sit in 2nd row at reception took to help me out. He single handed guided me and sorted out all my queries. I was losing hope earlier but he is one amazing guy. Their team is very good and very helpful. Kudos to him and his team.

Worst ever service. Never picks up the call. Irresponsible staff. Arogant people.

BEst place to be in nostalgia...Its one of the great place to know how our govt sector works...Ekdam cool place hai boss.Must visit ...In calm and cool area..Opposite to bsnl office.

Irresponsible staff. Item was on hold at post office as per tracking, but even after repeated enquiry at post office for over a week they kept denying that it was there until it was returned back to destination. Even the postmaster was unavailable to give an official complaint about the situation. This post office is an embarrassment to India Post.

What can you expect from govt employees.Irresponsible ppl sitting & wasting time and money.
