No option to provide 0 rating so put 1 rating. They don’t receive the call and don’t help to identify the mail which is even registered/ speed post. Unnecessarily, put the mail on hold. Worst ever experience with India post office !!I am editing this review on same day due to altogether different experience with delivery person Rane ji … He kept his promise to deliver the item on time and he has an excellent attitude and behavior. I am increasing the review star only because of this person ! Thank you so much !!

My parcel arrived at post office on Friday (20th aug) but till writing this review I havent received yet. I wamt there and ask them to handover the parcel to me but postman said that he put the parcel in the bag and its difficult to take it back. He promised that he will deliver parcel on Monday but as usual which we can expect from a government employee, parcel not received yet. They are very irresponsible persons.

Very Corrupted Govt Employees. They charged me 50Rupees against 41 Rupees. Saying they dont have Change. Very reckless answers. Not customer friendly. No online payments

Absolutely u helpful People...I received a money order for one of my family member who was out of town .. since no one else can collect apart from her I asked them to return to the origin...after following up with them for 2 weeks post that the madam said she has returned it ..but its been 3 weeks since then the other post office claims they have not received the money yet.... This post office people are not taking any responsibility for it and just telling the same thing that they have returned it .... Its alot of money which is lying nowhere now.... Absolutely pathetic people

Some times we need to wait. Service is quite good. Small post office as compared to other post offices.Place is very dirty and need to clean whole post office inside as well as outside 😉

Very unhelpful and horrible staff and their service...least bothered about the emergency of parcel...if the postman is not there, there is nobody to help u to search ur parcel...very horrible service....indian post needs to take strict action of this post office...its better to use othet courier services

A small post as per locality. They are maintaining normal covid procedures. Nothing much to say. But they are working sincerely.

Receiving packages from this post office is always a challenge. 9 out of 10 packages are never delivered. the staff is also lazy and lackadaisical least bothered to help. Infact more often than not the post man actually calls you to the post office if you want the package, this is pre Covid and even now...really poor service and experience.

People at post office are help ful. Employee cannot do any thing about location or the looks or condition of the post office. as its the task of govt to take care of it.. Its our countries bad fate where physical mailing services of INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES Office of our country in majority of city and states looks not great. And really needs an improvement.. Many of the post offices do not have a proper safety measures..Though govt has ample of land but they do not have the space for them.. Still its been rented out from private property.Our mailing services are the one which is since 1854. Govt should think and take steps to improve its status.. In a sofesticated way Indian postal services requires an upgradation...Jai Hind

Very bad service..... In fact they dont give service only... People who work in Mohammedwadi post office r very rude.... They dont give proper information.... After waiting 2hrs they refuse to do my childs adhar card..... Pathetic service... Some one should take strict action against them.

Typical Dumb people working there and got their job ! I updated my address same as mentioned in my electricity bill! The electricity bill comes every month on time but they didnt deliver my adhar saying Insufficient address!!

Poor Service...i hope there is no star rating, They dont deliver parcel nor call...the review that we all give is even view by the officials...its a government office so they consider themselves very great...but the fact is that some of them dont even know english...the postman came to my house to inform that i have to collect myself..i was not at home when he came otherwise i would have definately thank him and send him back by a cab for taking trouble to come to my house...

If there was negative star rating ...i wud gv a negative rating.Absolutely the worst services provided. I went to their branch atleast 6 times to get my address updated in Adhaar Card, Each time incomplete information was provided. after getting all documents in place and waiting patiently in que for hours, another PO employee cuts the line with 5 applications of his family members making everyone wait in line including senior citizens.And when the issue was raised, I was threatened to stay calm or to call the police.I am shocked by the behaviour and the treatment given by these government employees... To behave as they please and they think they are doing a great favour by doing their basic jobs.I would request everyone to raise these concerns so that this behaviour is stopped

Pathetic........ very slow service, most of the time closed, do check before going, however no one ever picks phone. Most of the time no electricity or printer not working etc etc..... overall if u are lucky u might get everything fixed for once.
