Worst experience. Always site down issue. Lot of people waiting outside and staff reading newspaper and chit chatting inside. Not anybody working to resolve issue or no any clearly when site resume. It looks staff doesnt care about others time. This is what Govt organization responds.My suggestion is not wasting peoples time they should deliver certificate to Home by post. It will save peoples time and can avoid repeated round of people to office in such a covid situation.

I am a student.i went to fetch the birth certificate of my uncles daughter,I dont know what their process is,tell me exactly what to do.she started shouting ...not everyone knows everything.emploees are assigned to do peoples work or not ?Worst experience, irrespective staff dont know how to talk to people, especially birth certificate employee..they can follow their Times they dont care about other peoples time!!!!

It says Sewa Kendra but cannot see any Sewa here. Office is opened just to give print our of the certificate and many times there system doesnt work. They hardly look for options to rectify the issue rather when they saw system not working, all moved down to celebrate and have tea. Bad experience but know this how the govt organization work. Not shocked to see but time gets wasted when dealing with the govt work as they dont care for others time.

No Aadhar service here. Its closed.

Went on a Monday afternoon at 2:20 PM to get my childs birth certificate. You need to fill a yellow form & carry a xerox copy of your ID (I carried Aadhar card xeroxes of me and my wife). 2:40 PM, I was done with the required copies of the birth certificate. Highly efficient folks who are manning the Birth registration windows. Kudos!

Staff is very supportive and good with all people... People who are mentioning that they dont behave good with Non Marathi people... I would suggest that if u r living in Maharashtra u should know and speak Marathi... U cant deny any state language and put a barrier on it... Every language has its respects and dont blame anyone if u dont know Marathi... People here will speak Marathi and first preference should be given to Marathi language... You are happily requested to stay at your own place if u dont like the services here....

Birth Certificate issue process is very simple & they are very quick...glad to see that..

Staff is polite but no manegment to give better service to peoples. Specially very roude security staff who feel that this office is belongs to his father. Need to give attaintation towards all working there by someone who is belongs to taking care of all things & Working activity.

Recently I visited Nagar Road Ward Office for collection of Birth Certificate of my child. I was really amazed with the helping nature of staff at Birth certificate center. Not only they are helping with information but I found them filling forms for the illiterate persons. Really amazed that i got the birth certificate in 45 mins as I was on 9th number in que. Thanks to all the staff member.

I recently visited at this office for birth registration service. This office is behind Jeevan Jyoti Hospital building on the left hand side when traveling from Ramwadi to Hayat hotel on main Nagar road. Laxmi Motors shop is at front of this building to locate this place. Staff is very polite and co-operative. You have to submit Parents ID proof Xerox copy along with one yellow form. You can mention how many copies are required while filling form.

I went for birth certificate of my son. It was so quick within 15 min, I got it.

PMC Regional Office provides Birth/Death certificates and do aadhar enrolment too. I found staff were supportive on my very first visit.

Struggling to get birth certificate since 3 months. They do not answer phones to check. Have to visit the office every time. Their server goes down often and have to return without any progress.
