I visited there.but the rates are very expensive there.i know its depending upon the areas.its comes in famous area of Pune thats why its rates are very expensive.but the pets are very healthy.and there are a lot of varieties of the pets from fishes to birds, rabbits and cats and many more.and each pet haves few varieties.👍👍👍

The shop owner seems to be a con. Bought fishes and a bowl for my daughters birthday and two of them died in less than 24 hours. So went again and he said sometimes the water doesnt suit them etc. So I bought other fish and in next few hours they also died. Total waste of money and my daughter is really sad as well!

Give faulty product and provide expensive worst quality fishes Doproducts and animals. And do not even exchange the faulty product. Product at first works nicely but after a week or two it stop working and staff is always on phone and do not show interest at all.Even his fishes are not of good quality it is infected and are way more expensive than any other better aquarium shop. I bought a fish from him at 150 which died in three weeks even after providing every facility and later I bought that fish from outside at 60 rupees and its been successfully living and even playing.His bird are of range 700 to 800 where at out better quality birds are at 500.Dont go even on all review he asks or begs his friends for better review to attract customers.

Pathetic service, staff are very arrogant, if they cant tell price atleast they should display on the fish tankNo varieties of fish at display and when we ask for price the reply is very bad and arrogant.My sincere request to owner change your staff or else you will loose customers.

The only shop in pune how really care about animals..They clean there shop on daily baise...The Animal Food Quality is also good..If any buddy want to buy animal this the perfect place to buy...

Bought a huge bird cage at a reasonable price, the guys here are helpful and even extended the courtesy to deliver it nearby. Nice collection of birds like budgies, finches, cockatiels. They also have a LOT of rabbits. Had a persian cat too when I visited. Theyve got one of the finest aquariums Ive seen in Pune.

They don’t care about customer experience at all it’s like buy or get off from this store, they wouldn’t show variety all they will tell is the cost and compared to other shops they have higher prices so never buying ever again from this shop “bad experience”

We hosted a pet theme birthday for my son. While speaking to the guy Amar, he promised us so many animals for the event but he did not deliver as promised. If you use this place, please take things in writing because he is all talk and zero action!
