Good collection of accessories, toys and rates are reasonable.. yes they give discount on MRP too. I went to buy dog collar and that time got chance to speak to owner. She provided me information on dog food. Earlier I used to buy it from the breeder as he was giving me discount. She promised me to match the price and on the top of it arranged for free home delivery. Buying experience was amazing...I just pinged on WhatsApp and person from shop called me for adress details and got 12 kg food bag delivered in few hours. I will recommend this shop for pet supplies.

Owner of this shop is only concerned about profit not the health of our pets. Extremely high rates even for poor quality and old stuffs same stuff you can buy online much cheaper with guaranted replacement. Owner also does not provide replacement if products doesnt fit to your pet. Have a vist there you will come to know the truth!

I asked the owner to give the home delivery a medicine at that time they said that there are no people they will call me back when the delivery boys come. I urgently needed that medicine. Many times i had a home delivery from them but this time they ruined it completely. This is a pathetic behaviour of that store owner. Never going to buy anything from this store ever.
