Very good society, I own a Flat here. The society is very well maintained, kept clean and people are friendly here. The amenities are very good and neatly maintained.

Visited my uncle. Good infrastructure overall. A good society with features like swimming pool and club house

Concerned people are in decent, do not respond to communication for years,least bothered about coustomer once payments are made.

Entrance is not direct. Society is one of best option to stay of you are planning to stay in Shastri Nagar or nearby to Yerwada

Lovely residence place. Located a bit inside in ShashtriNagar, but really has a very calm and peaceful environment around. It also has amenities of Gym, Swimming pool, Garden Area. More of a family place. Not the best of places for bachelors.

This is a residential building with all amenities like Swimming pool, Parking facility, Childrens park, Security, 24x7 water supply. The rent are high because of the area, but its a decent place to live at.

Overpriced !!!Clean, No water problem, well secured/guarded, peaceful, ample parking space, within city and near by many hospitals, schools, shopping Malls...8+yrs old but still society not yet formed...Not sure but some dispute for entrance gateway/path with adjacent society (maha Housing board or rakshak colony society)...

Nice locality with good location n amenities

Society is one.of the best in shashtri nagar. All modern amenities are there. Garden, play ground and swimming pool. Society has 2 and 3 bhk flats with a good carpet area. Any thing about this society is that it is in dead end of the road. Security is good. Balcony is big as compared to other societies near by. Flat is around 1Cr.
