I love this place. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are expertly clean and sanitised. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express Hinjewadi before, but the service in Pimpri was very disappointing. I had booked the room for 2 for 2 nights. After check-in we realised there was no toilet paper in the washroom, only one coffee mug instead of 2. The kettle was unplugged and we were not able to put it in the socket. After trying for a while we called at the reception to fix it, but till 2hrs nobody attended. Luckily when we were leaving in the evening we found an engineer in passage and got it fixed. Before leaving we informed at the reception to keep a coffee mug and we need toilet paper when we are back. Late in the evening when we were back, we were shocked to see our room open, though our luggage was intact. They had kept the coffee mug and toilet paper and left the room open. Next day before leaving I requested at the reception to refill the tea/coffee, clean the room and to make sure the room is closed. But to our utter dismay the room was left open even on the second day. They didnt check our temperate even once, which is very unexpected considering we were coming from a different state. Guests are already compromising on the size of the room as its a business hotel and paying more just for a good and hygienic service. Many low budget hotels offer bigger rooms and better service than this. We had chosen to stay in Holiday Inn for their service, but we had a very bad experience in Pimpri, Pune. Not expected from IHG hotel.

Holiday Inn, Pimpri has always been my first choice of stay whenever I visit Pune for work. It is close to Chinchwad and Pimpri railway station (10mins by vehicle) and is located in a bustling area having eateries around with many travel options to connect to other parts in the city. Security has never been an issue and I love their comfortable mattress and pillows which helps me relax after a tiring day. Their cleanliness and hospitality has always been on point. If you are a vegetarian you will certainly love their dishes on the breakfast spread. Their staff is really kind and helpful, especially Front desk (Ms. Ritika) and housekeeping.

Though the rooms are compact and suitable for business stays, service is pretty good.I had experienced issues with molds in the bathroom, food not being as per claimed standards and stained bedsheets when I just checked in. On raising a complaint, the team took quick measures to resolve all the issues in a very short while and made my stay comfortable. Thanks to Holiday Inn Express Hotels relationship manager and property manager for the service and support. The teams support is very commendable. Keep up the good work

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and found the ambiance to be clean and pleasant. The use of sensors to turn off appliances when they are not in use is a good way to save energy costs as well. Food of good quality. Highly appreciate for keeping the environment and room clean and safe

One of the best Micro Self Serve Hotel Experiences I have had in India.Starting from the NO CONTACT Self Check In Kiosk to the well sanitized common pathways. I found Holiday Inn Express Pune to be a very well sanitized Hotel.The rooms for one was adequate enough, with the Shower cubicle just a few feet away from the Bed. The wash basin to was outside and it gave the room a very compact feel. Overall the room was super clean and even had a decent view.The TV and Internet worked flawlessly.The Spread of the Morning Buffet is amazing and was the highlight of my stay here. I never expected such hospitality and such a wide spread menu at the Breakfast. From local Indian cuisines to a MYO Omelette Counter , fresh juices and fresh from the in house Bakery.I would definitely recommend that you stay here if youre close to the Pimpri Chinchwad Area.I look forward to coming back soon

This was IHG and absolutely similar to Oyo rooms. Nowhere near the brand of Holiday Inn. Cleanliness is okay and hygiene maintained. Rooms are for single occupancy and not twin sharing.Good for college grads who get ready for their first jobs. Value for money - ???.

Rooms are small, but clean, cosy and comfortable. Service is good and the best thing is the breakfast. The variety of limited but the quality is great. You can be sure to have a delicious and hearty breakfast.

Queen bed superior room was small. Even there was no cupboard for clothes. Room was lavish clean and hygienic in nature. Breakfast was good with too many combinations.

Stayed here on 03rd Sept 2021. Booked thinking it will live up to the IHG promise.Room: Very small rooms. Queen size bed difficult for two people to sleep comfortably. No room upgrades provided. Sheets were not clean and had stains. Housekeeping bought fresh set of sheets which still had tea/coffee stains. Changed the sheets 4-5 times but all had some stain. Finally gave up and settled on best available. Housekeeping is friendly and cater to your needs.Being Spire member was treated just normally. The lady at front desk didnt have a courteous face. Didnt ask me how my stay was.Breakfast: Decent. Choice of eggs and breads. South Indian spread with juice and beverages.Overall an average stay. Would check for other options before choosing HIE Pimpri again.

All 5 star ratings are fake. You cannot compare with similar level of hotels. Breakfast only 2 to 3 variety, for dinner only chapati one gravy everyday. AC was not running and complaint about this but late response. Charging more than Keys, Noorya, Ibis but service is worst. I dont recommend this to anyone.

Located near Pimpri Chowk, in an easily accessible location of the city, Holiday Inn Express is a great hotel for both business and leisure travel. I had a great week long stay at the hotel. It was heartening to see all Covid protocols being followed strictly. Food is good and specially, the breakfast options are excellent. I would definitely love to come back again the next time Im in the city.

I had visited here on 1 sept to 3 sept 2021. The worst hotel I have seen in my life. No toiletries, towels ,shower gel etc provided even after checkin. No water in room on 3 sept Morning. It was terrible. Service is also very poor.

I booked this place for two days during my 3 day work visit to Pune. The whole day i had work in various locations and when i was back at the hotell i felt nice relaxed and was able to rest in Peace. Breakfast was good and changed everyday. Staff is well mannered and polite Rooms were sparkling clean Wifi worked well through out my stay. The room is a bit small in size but i guess for business trip its best. Parking for my car was safe and available within hotell on the ground floor.Bottom line i feel worth the money i paid the rooms are well priced and its worth every penny you pay for.

Ill be brief. If it wasnt for the noisy construction site next to this particular property, id have next to no complaints. The staff did their best to mitigate the situation by giving me a different room.The food isnt exactly out of this world, but its hygienically prepared and is as expected. It would go a long way if more items from the menu displayed proudly at the restaurant are actually available. Cleanliness wise, there are no complaints. Perhaps the food trays guests leave outside their rooms could be cleared at a slightly higher frequency to ensure the corridors are clear.

I got very bad experience with this hotel they are charging so highly but not providing 1% of services. rooms are so congested and bathroom doores are lockless and very small they are not providing even a small space to put your luggage so much small space to walk in room.now i am talking about food, the food is test less every day they making food different different food but i experienced the test of food almost same all day... i am giving only 1 start just because of the peoples who working there reception staff, kitchen staff, even housekeeping staff is very helpful and very humble...

The place is good and accessible easily. The staff is extremely helpful - however would be better to have smoking rooms. Also it would be great if we are informed at checkin about it being a self service hotel. The room can be a tad small for two people but its the perfect size for a single traveller. Some facilities like gym and self-laundry are really good but I wish there was some care taken. The washing machine was dirty.

I am frequent visitor of this property. Recently have stayed on 30th may and 1st June too. Both times got same room (203) Loved the room ambience and service. Just few glitches I observed were related to bathroom cleanliness n bit bad smell during both stays. Rest all was excellent.

I loved the hotel. Simple and uncomplicated. I had the dinner and breakfast deal. Breakfast is simple and plenty. Dinner is uncomplicated and very tasty. I would say I was very happy with the hotel, especially given the price point.It is a bit away from central Pune but my work was around Pimpri so I had no issues.The staff are very helpful. And I must give them full credit for making my stay very comfortable.The only annoying thing was that the keys dont work well in the elevator. But I simply walked up.

Room is small but clean. Toilet is OK but toilet seat was bad, light inside toilet need brighter. Bathroom is clean but shower is leaking. Need tap under shower. Need soap stand. Room need small wardrobe. Due to small size of room some times felt suffocated. Need clean air circulation. Food is not good, need lots of improvements.

I am glad to review about this hotel ,its one of my favorite brand in india even .stafffs are helping nature ,fnb staffs are very much active on break fast table .the room aesthetics and ammenities are too good .over all cleaning is excellent with a comfortable bed .over all I enjoy my stay and i would love to come again. Disturbance and vibration felt during the shutting of nearby doors in the floor.2. Options for not opting for buffet must be included as the buffet amount is deducted for the specific plan.

The stay was overall nice, however dinner variety was very less . Cleanliness and staff friendly is satisfactory level .

Best for short stays and for single occupancy. You will get all the basic amenities here. Small room, but still sufficient. But a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Taste was not that good. Also, the common washroom, though clean, had a foul smell. But still overall i am a satisfied customer.

There were no TV set top box working, room cooling was not up to the mark, there were no hot water for Bath..last i have taken with meal pack, then also the food was the worst, cant able to eat.. only the sweet dish was nice... But never expected this service from 4star hotel and from Goibibo...Request you🙏 please dont keep this worst hotel in Make My Day activities.. it is worst my day..

Had a short stay for 1 night. Hotel is very good. Rooms are compact. Got a queen room with breakfast only at 1.2k on Make My Trip. Breakfast spread is also decent. COVID 19 precautions are taken very well. Only one thing went wrong. I had asked reception for a wake up call at 6.30 which I didnt receive. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The room service lady do not know how to speak to a customer. Wen I requested her to send the cutlery and crockery to the room inspite of sending she was asking me to come down and collect wherein she was not that helpful for the customer. Later wen I told her this is not my first stay in this hotel and requested same before also then she mentioned that she will send but which will take 20 mins. She should know we are not staying free of cost there that was a need of customer wherein she has to take care of that. Thank You

I just loved everything about the hotel. Bathroom setup can be better, felt its too small. But rest all on spot. Buffet breakfast too buffet dinner many varieties good food and delicious. If Im in PCMC Ill only stay holiday inn.

Compact rooms but good for 2 people on a budget.Decent breakfast spread, good enough given the rates of the hotel.My first allocated room was unclean and then after a while and some to and fro with the management I got a better room.Location is also at a good place.

Would be good if staff are aware of the guests booking details. I was declined dinner buffet as the dining room staff said I hadnt paid for it. However, my package included Breakfast and Dinner. Then I had to go to the reception and forward them my email booking confirmation. Then I was allowed to have dinner. All this is very humiliating and a guest should not have to deal with it.Check in took a good 20 minutes for some unknown reason even though there was noone in line ahead of me.Rooms are tiny and Claustrophobic and I had a view of a construction site 30 metres in front.The surrounding locality is dodgy and best to avoid after dark.Best to avoid in my opinion.

Overall this property is good . But during this troubled times, hotel should take more care to make the customers comfortable about sanitization. I have detailed few suggestions like keeping the sanitizer bottle, dry tissues etc for customers at touch points. It doesnt add much to cost. The staff at this hotel is well mannered and caring . However at the busy times , there is need of extra person at the food counter.
