The sales executive was not ready to clear my doubt she said that it would be better to go and see. So on a week day took off time to visit but there was someone at the help desk Mr Shinde. He was so arrogant and rude. I just happen to ask him when is the possession he said March 2022 I said okay fine is that the maximum time he said we cant give commitment its better you buy land and make according to your time. I mean it was so bad experience, I dont think so its a great idea to go for them because if they are unable to understand our feelings towards hard earn money they will be least bothered. Its been long time the project is being made & weirded thing is in 400sqft 2bhk. So thats why I wanted to just see also by this weekend I had to finalise a property so thought atleast I should research more during this week.

Luxurious Mid segment/ Size Apartments.They offer 1 and 2BHK flats at a very affordable rates in this location.Good for investment as property here fetch good rental.Sizes for 1bhk are small but considering the amenities and overall all things of project it is worth the property.

If you really want to burn your hard earned money then only go for these people....other projects are suffering a lot. No responsibility towards customer. Aarogant people....will promise a WORLD in chawanni....and once you buy....they will treat you like you owe them your life...

Worst building . Too many issues pending on their previous project Kfp Dhanori. People are frustrated due to lack basic things water and basic services

Fed-up with old project Kfp Chesterfield. I am resident of their previous project Kfp Chesterfield. Till now no parking allotted. No maintenance provided timely. Kitchen zink leaking. Tails work pending. No response from engineering team . Frustrated

This is a newly construction 1BHK and 2BHK society but flat is too small 1BHK-279-350 sqft are you believe this😄 but its true.

This construction company is full of false promises. They believe in giving pain to there customers. They dont belive in keeping their promises. If anyone really wants to experience the pain after sales service, please do visit our Chesterfield Society which is very much near by to their new upcoming project PANAMA located at Dhanori.

Absolutely sick staff and their head. Not recommended at all.

As a Resident of Chesterfield( yet under construction) dont blindly trust on the presentation slides. The material quality and maintenance management of Chesterfield is so frustrating. All the time we need to take follow up. Its been 2 years we are staying here but still no proper road being built by KPF enggering Team. The water quality is very bad, every alternate day we face flush issues. Overall they are selling a luxury flats with high cost without quality of material. Think 10 times before you purchase the flat.

Its a best project at such a good place in Pune. The best place to invest with affordable rates and with good returns for sure due to its location. There are IT park, hospitals, educational institute near to this location which makes it best for investment.

This is all moha maya .....I Stay at Chesterfield Society ( Same builder of Panama ) During the selling period they treat you like a God and after they recieve money from you they treat you like a servent .... I completed 1 year Staying in Chesterfield Society and their r daily leakage issues in the flushing system , poor Engineering team which works like unpaid government servants , poor management ...... Builder is least bothered to solve the pending issues & we requested builder many times for a Society meeting but till date he never came .... Builder has taken 2 years advance maintenance money but unable to provide promised services ...... So plz think 100 times before purchasing flat from ds builder

As owner of Chesterfield dhanori where these guys has not given services as per promises .These guys will not listen once you have taken flat so request you to wisely use your money.

The builder is very genuine and the staff is extremely humble (especially Sudhir Jagadhani).You can clearly see the quality of material used in the sample flat.

I stay at Chesterfield Society. Poor management and daily issues and issues are not been resolved. We raise our concern to builders but no response and they treat you as you are there servants. There are still many pending issues which are not been resolved
