I recieved haircut from Madhavi. Outcome was fantastic. Madhvi understands the requirement very well and on top of that she improvise based on her experience. Usually any hair cut takes a week time in order to take shape; however this time results were instant and amazing.

I went there for a haircut, Nitin did cut according to my need I liked my haircut when he did the blowdry, but after my first wash I didn’t like it. I am dissatisfied for the 1400rs I spent on this haircut.

I booked appointment for hair cut and hair colour service at home. The executive on the other end asked me about the colour preference.I specified Loreal Majirel 4.00 and 4.35 to be mixed.After several calls from JCB on confirming the appointment and time, location of our place etc. the haircut guy landed with iOna colours and not Majirel! When explained, this is not the one we use, or will use, the guy simply said he will pass on the information to the salon!!!Not even offering to get my specified colour from the salon and get the job done!This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional service from a so called professional name!Will never call JCB again!

Been here for a haircut last week.Very disappointing experience in terms of haircut. It was done by their top stylist Madhavi. Had given her full liberty to cut and style but it was rather not done well. Not happy at all.The customer service is good and covid protocol is followed well.Inline with the above , Customer care contacted me and did the needful by sending the stylist( Mr. Viraj) for a home visit and I am happy to have the haircut rectified the way I wanted.Thank you for your service .

One of the best salon in Pune with wonderful and professional staff.During this COVID time esp. in Pune, I was a bit reluctant to visit the salon. But after visiting the salon, I was having no second thought as they have maintained the best level of hygiene and sanitization. Starting from Arogya Setu check, mask, gloves and PPE kit everything is taken care of. And the best part was that the seat, handles are sanitized immediately after somebody leaves/enters.And coming to the quality, no doubt the stylists can give you an international level of haircut and style.Well to cut the story short, I would recommend this salon without any second thought.Hats off to the amazing team and keep up the good work!

I had my hair cut after a long time and satisfied with the service.Their senior hair stylist Mansoor did my hair cut nicely. Along with doing good hair cut, he and all staff members are too polite and friendly.One thing I didnt like about it that I scheduled an appointment for a top stylist but she was not available at that time and I had to opt for other stylist.

She took all my concerns into consideration and kept me informed throughout the process about the steps she is taking and why she is opting for the products she used.
