First I moved into this society i was happy about the view and the interiors, but after sometime it became worse and worse, the guards will stalk you up to the hell they can stop you anytime, or if theres an issue they can clearly tell you to vacate the house. They will know everthing about your flat, if youre a bachelor. The neighbours will nudge inside your house every single day for anything they feel Inconvenient of. And the best part is the owner will force you to move out anytime any moment if someone puts a complain for anything. Even if its not an issue then also they will do anything they want. Being abachelor I will suggest all the bachelors to stay away from this property, especially if youre a girl. After living here for 3 months with all the mental trauma and harrasment i can clearly say that this is the worst society I have ever lived in till now.This 1 star is only given to write this comment

Peaceful place, apartment with amenities like Gym, swimming pool, tennis court, celebration hall, water treatment plant, grocery store. Flat interior is western type. But square footage is too small as compare its cost. 550 & 650 sq. Ft. only.

Society is good, however the location is sick. The places stinks like a drain. The place has all major amenities like gym, tennis court, cricket court, garden, swimming pool, table tennis and half court of basketball as well. They have separate place available for visitors parking as well.

Good construction quality and amenities. Flats are not spacious enough when compared with price. Also I think they completely adopted western style in their flats and hence didn’t provide dry balconies to kitchen (which I think is must for Indian lifestyle as we have culture of eating at home)

I am living here from past 5 years and can say it is one of the best society to live in that area. Never faced any issue from builder and everything is properly managed.

Society is having all major amenities with large open area nearby. very calm and peaceful location.

This is a project by a reputed builder in Pune. Location of the project is not that great so is the quality. Layout of flat are not that great and feel cramped. Flats doesnt feel very spacious which they should after the premium price you pay. On the positive side the project has good amenities and are ready to use. I would suggest not go by the name of the builder and explore other projects too as there are few good projects in the area which provide better bang for the buck.

I am staying in this society, since last three years, very well maintained society in Handewadi Road Area... I just saw in last 3 years that it’s getting better and better for leaving.

One of the good society with all basic amenities like gym, swimming pool, play area, park etc. A very good place for people working on kharadi, magarpatta city.

The society is good but the approach road should have been from other side . Current approach road is bit long . If the road from green city side is made it will be bit convenient once that road is made. Other than that other things are good as of now. One more thing is that they use recycled water for flush which makes the toilet dirty.

The society is just opposite to JSPM college, hadapsar. The college is very inside and so is the society. The area is safe only for a km i.e near the college premise. As afterthat the area is super crowded and roads are bad , railway phatak needs to be crossed and that is a hell of a task as it is highly crowded and huge traffic jam.I had a visit to 730 sq ft, 650 sq ft and 550 sq ft. All r 2bhk.The balcony for 730 is small, no dry balcony and the area for washing machine is hilarious as it is so tiny to fit any washing machine so one will have to keep it one of the bathroom so despite having 2 washrooms only one can be used. No space management.630 has a kitchen entry and not a hall entry.550 is so small..that max 2 people can stay. The flats are all east west faced.

The society is good with all the amenities except the flats dont have cross ventilation. You need to leave the main door open for the air to come in. The STP water released to the flush tanks in the bathrooms are dirty and cause worms to grow if not used for sometime. The bathrooms stink because of the drainages.The water supplied in the kitchen and other places has high amount of chlorine in it and causes extreme skin dryness.S o mucg so that the water smells of chlorine all the time and if you boil it you will find high percentage of foreign materials. Flats are spacious otherwise and available on affordable prices.

Most pathetic and useless property i have invested onKumar Pebble Park - Do not buy any flat over here because of these below reasons.1: They charge terribly high maintenance but don’t give proper service. Kumar has charged from each flat owner around 3000 rs months maintenance charges. They don’t provide proper drinking corporation water, Security is sleeping all the time, Intercom which they say is free is chargeable every month from Tata services.2: they have two tanks on the top of each wing. One tank is for flush and toilet water use which is sewage treatment water and another is used for shower and KITCHEN. They have same pipeline for showers and kitchen can you believe it and they give boring water in this - Hard water containing calcium very high, because of which bathroom floors are all white, vessels in kitchen when washed with this water have calcium layer white particles - This water when used for drinking even if you use water purifier causes kidney stones in our body.Kumar properties will never give corporation water in kitchen because the water line is same for kitchen and shower. The water is not treated and softened - you need expensive RO treatment for reducing the calcium substance from the water for using it to drink. Kumar is disgusting, they are looting people in name of township.When asked to Mr Vinod Ghormore about various problem we are facing he is so useless that his answer is always to go and talk to kumar office in Camp. He is a useless manager which is just sitting and doing nothing.BEWARE - Don’t invest in kumar pebble park else you will be crazy solving everyday a new problem. Their internal quality of houses and flats is not unto mark. As its a township they treat it like slum area and the quality is also the same. Workers or kumar people hide and rob things which are kept outside door.Its a regret for me to write such a review as i though kumar was a good brand but no. KUMAR PEBBLE PARK is not at all one. you can judge them as - when they are providing boring water or mixed boring and corporation water for kitchen and drinking use - judge the quality yourself.Best of luck and see yourself when you visit the place.
