I often visit this post office for my work. I dont find any difficulty in getting my work donecin a shortest possible time. Staff is good.

As expected they put the same description Item onhold door locked and I got my speed post item delivered after 6 days. I tried calling multiple times and nobody responded. After few days they probably blocked my number. I couldnt call from that same number.I wouldnt have given even 1 star, but it wasnt letting me write review without rating it. So this is the rating. 🥚Probably they deserve more.

Slow work speed but some are good and helpful

After reading reviews here, I was very sceptical regarding if Ill recieve my consignment or not........ My consignment was booked on 26th Feb and I recieved it on 8 th March. It was not speed post so I guess thats justifiable....The post man delivered the consignment to my address. I was so grateful to him... Im glad that I got what i paid for unlike others reviewers here.5 stars for the service to me. I hope they serve same to others too.

Worst. Would have given stars in negative if it would have been possible. They do not even attempt delivery and just say that customer is not available. Cant even grade it 3rd class, which would be degrading even for that. The customer service is rubbish. People are the utmost unprofessional. Never ever go to this post office branch if you want your item to be safe and sound. Shweta, the one I had to contact was the most unprincipled. The post office just blocks your call if you want to contact them.

The worst service. Provided land line no is always busy so unable to track the consignment whose status is showing deliver but which is not delivered and which is not recieved by the recipient.

I went to a Post office after years. The speed post queue was a bit long and I was almost about to turn back. But then, I looked inside and noticed that they have different queues ie. One for routine stuff viz. Stamps, speed post, etc. The other counter for savings/MIS, etc was relatively less crowded. The person at the counter was very courteous and helpful. That was encouraging enough for me to add up some relationships which I was contemplating and apprehensive since long. So folks, a lot seems to have changed at the post office from yesteryears! Dont go by face value and earlier notions. Considering their products and offerings, It seems worth the visit

They dont deliver the post to home. They expect that you go to post office and collect it. In system they mention like door locked. This happened to me 2 times with different posts. If you dont go to office within 3-4 days they will return the post also.Zero Star🥚

Worst place to get your adhar card updated.I was standing all day long in the queue from morning 11 to 4 and still there was so successful result of a day off that I took from office and ended up with no work done.The staff who does the adhar update work here, is careless and doesnt know the process itself. He gives fake information just to shoo away the persons standing in the line. And gives wrong information. I went for address update via passbook, but this person gave wrong information and didnt accept passbook as Address of proof and said that SBI nationalised bank ki passbook chalegi which is untrue. (For Proof Of Address - Passbook is listed as acceptable documents)Also I checked with the govt portal UIDAI customer care, they said that any passbook works for address updating. And theres no specific bank allocated whose Passbook will be accepted.And when I confronted this person, he gave lame excuses and said Hmlog ko mana kiya hai passbook se update karne ko and then I told him that I checked with helpline, to which he replied that apki passbook me ink faded hai which is also untrue as the ink is all proper and dark in my passbook (HDFC) and then he said that 2 din bad Firse aao hojayega kaamSuchh people just spreading fake information and misleading people and wasting everyones time.

Pramod idurath the office here to update the addhar card took 100 rs for correcting my address in addhar card. On asking him why is this for he said its processing fee. On the receipt its mentioned 0 rs. He collected money from others through GPay also.

Unprofessional and a typical government establishment with no care for customers. Employees hardly pay any attention to the questions.I went there to check for my PPF account. Asked one of the employees a question at least 10 times. He didnt even reply.What a waste of taxpayer money.

Government post office of hinjewadi you can make speed post, post payments bank account, jandhan yojna account, and many other thing you can do here. You can editi your adhar card also, very much crowdy place usually you have to wait here for any kind of work. You can also create a post bank saving account to save your money. Its most trusted bank of india

Its true that here Adhar Card updation happened but staffs really showing as goverment type work.You even do not get Adhar Card updation form if you reach after 11AM. Although queue for submitting posts, my counter for passbook update had no queue.

I have been twice here. Extremely arrogant people. They will seat chatting but will not do their job and repeatedly ask you to come next time. Better find another place if possible.

Had went there to collect revenue stamps and mail few documents via speed post. The man sitting in counter 2 was very simple and genuine. Standing in the queue, I could see him trying to help everyone with their couriers. He was very respectful with everyone. While, there was another man sitting in counter 1, who was very rude and arrogant. Whoever went to him with queries, he just used to direct them towards counter 2 with an irritated look.The gentleman in counter 2 was handling all the couriers part with great efficiency, not wasting even a second.

Pay your taxes but expect nothing from government offices run with your hard earned money. Thats the Indian way. Terrible service. Rude staff.

This is the worst post office that I have ever been to, I went at 2 PM to collect my parcel, which they hadnt delivered for a month, they directly said come tomorrow at 11:00 AM. The office was clearly open, I guess they know that they have a government job and nobody can do anything against them. Their behavior is abysmal and they have no etiquette, this is what happens when you give an uneducated person such a job, who has no iota of manners or responsibility in him. Thats alright, Karma will take care of them. I can already see no one has given a good review about this place. People, please avoid this Post office, pay some extra money and use some other private services like DTDC whenever you are sending something to Hinjewadi Area, this would save a lot of time and convenience and you wont have to face these people.

This is the most embarrassing and Kamchor Post-Office of Pune. Office time is mentioned on the board is till 5PM but these bonkers have limited the time till 2 PM by their own. 2:45 still they are having lunch while the lunch time is 2-2:30. If you are here for Adhar update, please do a favor to yourself and visit IndusInd Bank near Ruby Hall Clinic between 10-2PM rather than coming to this place. They have also removed the email ID so you can not make a complaint to the head ticket master.

They did not deliver my parcel, instead slipped a note saying visit the post office to collect it under a neighbors door. He gave the note to me, I went to post office and stillt they were not able to find it. They guided me to look for it in a corner. And I found it myself. They provide out of the world service in a very bad way.

Instead of calling me on the mobile number clearly given on the parcel, youve redirected it to Chinchwad S.O.What kind of postal services you offer to your customers???? The employees are highly unprofessional with respect to customer interaction and support. They dont bother to trouble you rather looks like they enjoy doing so. It is high time, government should plan reform programs for such employees. I have seen postal staffs in small towns and villages since my childhood, they have been very helpful and feels like family members. Not sure what is wrong with the staffs of this post office, they are heights of rudeness and in-sensitiveness.

The workers over here never deliver post on time. If we will go to post office itself to collect our post they will not talk to you properly. All the workers are so arrogant. I request please let me know how to raise complaint against all of these workers.

Some info for people visiting this place for updating aadhar details.They serve only 15 people per day on first come first serve basis. They give out forms at 12 noon to the first 15 people in the queue.People stand in queues from 7 am. I reached there at 7.15 and there were already 2 people there. Till 8, all 15 spots were taken. So be there by 8 am. If there are already 15 people, go home.

Most of the time they dont deliver letters and mark status as Door lock. Many Megapolis people facing this issue.

Personsonally didnt have that much of an issue trying to pick up my parcel. Only thing is, they keep redirecting you to 2-3employees and they will eventually get the item. Took around 20-25min for them to give it.

The head of this post office is literally a lame duck. Post are not getting delivered. Every post is shown as delivery confirmed without actual delivery and people expected to collect from post office.

A government area which needs a hell lot of improvement. Little to 0 maintenance and organization. They need proper vehicles, bags to carry out the posts/parcels. They have months and months of pending posta, many of them might have been lost etc. My parcel after arriving 3 days earlier was lost in their office, after hours of struggle they were able to find it.

Never deliver couriers,parcels, rc etc, worse staff ever. We have to visit personally to take our couriers. And then also they keep telling you to visit this person or that person, after wasting one hour they will find your parcel and give it. They Do not take calls as well.

Worst service ever you will get , I ordered something from UK, and to do the inquiry I went to the post office, the parcel had arrived that day, but they told me that, they will do some sorting and will deliver to my office address, but they never tried, whenever I contacted them, kept telling me that they will send , today I went to post office again , but the parcel is returned now. :( I dont know why they cant do there job, for what they getting their salary.

The employers have very very rude behavior. I asked one of the employers that Dada Aadharr ........., immediately he responded me nhi pata na in rudely way. He even didnt listen my whole question. Since 0 stars is not possible have to give one star rating to this place. Worst environment, inappropriate use of bring government employees, very rude specially Raju Gaikwad, didnt listened to my query and was proud he refuses to deliver 100s of Bank Credit Cards everyday.

After submission of cash for NSC, they take 3 days to make it. For each NSC, they give a complete passbook everytime. Staff is polite and helpful.

I am giving one star because there is no option for giving 0 star. Very bad sevice. They are so lazy that they will not even call/text you and they will send your parcel back.

I want to give zero rating but option is not available. They are so rude. They will not give your document weather tracking system says its in their post office or whatever. They even not going to try to search. They behave such an illiterate guys.

My courier from China had arrived at this post office from last 3 days. I searched for the post office on google and read the reviews about rude staff and them sending back the courier without delivering.So, I went personally to the office to collect the courier. I found the staff co-operative. They searched for my courier and handed it over to me.Reducing one star as they did not deliver at home address even after 3 days.

Aadhar card update is available here. You need to be in line as they will take 15 forms per day. The process will start from 12pm however you need to early to join queue within 15 people. Parcel is already reached to the office but they are not delivering. Even they dont tried to call me and status is changed to not delivered refused.

I wish there was an option of rating 0 and below. The officers are so reluctant and lazy that they can not deliver a consignment in 5 days even after reaching in S.O.. And top of that when you reach directly to S.O. to pickup the consignment within office hours, they say only between 9-11 you can pickup your consignment. The Aadhaar centre for enrolment and update was the WORST ever I’ve visited. Only 1 person operates on the computer for Aadhaar requests. The person comes around 12pm everyday which is actually too late. To get a chance to get your Aadhaar request attended, you are asked to be in a queue long before 12pm so that you can be lucky to get the form (which these guys only provide 15 per day). Only the first 15 lucky people get the form and are attended for their request, rest all other people are asked to leave and come back next day. This is pathetic service and must be changed as soon as possible!! Aadhaar is important for Indian citizens and such poor service for it will never be appreciated by anyone. Government of India needs to take care of these issues ASAP

Person updating the Aadhar card information is not competent and serious about job responsibilities. I stood there for six hours in queue. Then while entering the details the person did same mistakes in the data. Even if we ask to correct the information he does same mistakes again. After filling wrong information he says it is software problem and finally we get frustrated for wrong information updation. Very negative attitude to help people for Aadhar card updation.

Very bad service,Went for Aadhaar update longer queue, 10 entries for men 5 for ladies.Dont waste time here.Go to HDFC bank in baner pashan link road.We went there they work till 4:30 from 10:30 we got there 11:30 and got Aadhaar update nice sitting waiting place n nice systematic service. There should be option of giving 0 star. Absolutely pathetic post office. I had to visit this place because I needed minor correction in Aadhar which because of our sacred governments mandate can only be done either in post office or few nationalised banks. Both these establishments are reluctent to do this work. I have gone to post office 3 times and seeing this notice that Aadhar work is not being done and will again start from so and so date. After that date passes, I visit and see that they simply change the date on notice board to again to next 10 days or so.

Very Good and helpful staff, compare to other post office. Small staff is taking care of almost 2 - 3 Lakh employees of Hinjewadi. Even they help you on phone, and always guide you properly, just approach in requesting manner. Really appreciate it.Postman or staff do not gets any allowance for mobile or sim, so please do not expect anyone to call you or receive your call. Use FedEx if you want courier boy to call you. As well they are delivering packets to office reception where reception accepts the parcels, dont blame post office staff if your reception is not accepting your parcel.

The postman when asked to help in tracking a SpeedPost threatened to come to my house and kill me. He said, Ye mera area hai, main yaha ka sarpanch raha hun; The incidence happened at 1100 , few meters away from Hinjewadi Police Station. I immediately lodged in a FIR but the police tried to convince me to let it go. If someone abuses you or try to bully you, immediately file a complaint

We need to give them negative rating rather than BIG ZERO. the RC copy delivered by RTO office through speed post on 19th Oct18. Once I went to Hinjewadi post office on 10th Nov they told me that they are not delivering any item to Sangria, Megapolis building because they need to inform to security at the entrance of Sangria Building. They also dont know what is the status of my item and it misplaced. Bogus staff.

People inside the office are pathetic and rude. The speed post/parcel can be collected at the back side of the post office building. There the people are polite.And yes, this is the Infotech Park SO, if in case one is confused.
