This is a total fraud setup- I went for my laptop was not working with battery, it was only working with direct power. He said he needs to change the battery and it costs 2500/-. He took advance and got battery of different company saying HP stopped manufacturing this laptop parts. He said he will give guarentee through HP store only but he billed some other store adress which dont even exist. When I questioned hardly, he became serious and forced me out of his store. That was total scam, and this store is a fraud setup.

Worst and costly..! Worst hp service center ever. This guy talked sugar sweet and charged Rs. 1200 just for cleaning the laptop. No print bill, only handwritten chit given as a bill. But in actual he didnt even clean the laptop, he lied to me of filling the thermal paste for better heat dissipation. My laptop cooling fan stopped working in 15 days of servicing from this store. Other store servicemen claimed that my laptop wasnt ever cleaned in ages and thermal paste inside it was totally worn out. After servicing this guy even didnt assembled my laptop keyboard and CD drive perfectly, it was visibly broken after service from him. He doesnt accept card payment. He scratched out/deleted GST number from the written bill also. Something fishy. Not recommended to go to this store.

Had horrible experience at this place. Highly unprofessional behavior. These guys did not care for time of the customer. The prices change at will. Got the items for less than 1/2 price else where. Wont waste your time and money by visiting these guys again. They have 0 marks.

This was my recent experience with this ship. I gave my laptop for repairing purpose. They charged me 500 bucks. Instead of solving my problem, they removed the IC from my laptop. And still my laptop isnt working. After the diagnosis, they dominate the customer in such a way that we have no option what to do. Now its been 2 weeks, my laptop is not responding yet. So please I request you to not go for this shop for anything.

Want to give zero stars but cant... Worst experience ever. Staff was least bothered in selling their products. Plus they didnt give details of all models available which i realized once i went to another of hps outlets. I made a mistake of giving them a booking amount which they flatly refused from giving back once i was not happy with their service. Even after 3 days of giving them the booking amt they dint have the required model available with them. Real lousy service and careless attitude of the staff. Finally i ended up buying an hp only but not from here. HP should take action against such outlets who are spoiling their brand name.

Worst Customer Service.Never Buy anything from this shop.Gave them advance of 500Rs to book my Laptop charger as was in urgent need. They promised to provide one on the next day.First day - Told on call to come to shop. No charger when reached shop. Said only 1 piece was left and sold. They said will definitely get it on the next day.Second day - Called them many times from morning to evening. But they didnt get the charger and didnt even have the courtesy to call back to inform. How irresponsible can someone be?Third Day - SundayFourth Day - Got the Charger but the Pin didnt fit in the laptop so told to come again next day. Also the cable length was very small. They should have checked before taking shipment.On the same day i went to another shop and got a large length cable charger.Fifth day - Asked them to refund my advance money. They Flatly Refused.Advance amount cant be refunded i understand. But advance amount makes no sense when you make me run around you for 5 days.Both the Staff Members - The sales agent and the cashier are very rude and dont own up their mistake.They didnt give the owners cell number also to complaint about this.Finally had to buy 300Rs Mouse and left 200Rs as gift to them.If the owner reads this. Please look into the working of your shop.if HP reads this. Please save your brand name and take action against such outlets.

Sold duplicate/low quality battery for hp laptop. The service given for hp printer was also worse. Wont recommend this place for any purchase or service.
