Staff behaviour very bad I am 12 yers old customer of ICICI Bank but I am facing problem of icici bank so request to my friend and related people dont trust to icici bank and staff very slow process and bad behaviour

Very poor and slow service...my account is frozen due to multiple transactions and I gave them in return that transactions are genuine its being more than a week that no action is taken to unfroze my account... Visited branch multiple times and they say only one thing approval is pending...If the approver is on leave why you need to delay customers issue you could route it to another approver...Worst service ever.

Very very worst and useless staff taking follow up for NRE account from 2-3 weeks but no response. No one give reply on @icicibank Facebook page.

Worst and useless staff, not even caring about the customer documents. Branch Managers zero responce to any complaints. Always playing ping pong game with customer. Last 2 years taking follow up for PMAY documents status. Still zero responce and update from staff. Useless home loan branch.

Worst experience. Staff is very rude and lazy. Nevergive good service.I have visited 5 times only for credut card follow up.Next time for demand draft due to crowd they simply denied to help.When I say I dont have use of this bank account if you are not servin well their answer very rude. They said if you want to close account you can go out stand in the line and take a tocken. Very bad experience.

Is it really same icici which I used to associated since last 18 years??? If anyone wants to experience how will be scenario in case government acquires Icici :).... First time experienced how staff and branch manager (deputy) can be rude with customer. On top of that customer care IVR for loan is having technical issues since two months (???)

Five Stars are far less for outstanding service and ultimate customer support extended by ICICI Chinchwad Branch staff. We have enjoyed more than a decade long healthy relationship with chinchwad branch.Branch Manager is very supportive . We wish them all the best.

Received call from ICICI that they have delivered my debit card in podbox which is open 24x7. when i reached there (ICICI Chinchwad , Pune branch) , It was not working .

Worst experience. Not even willing to give a single star. No one picks up call. Took 2 hr. in line then simply said sorry its not possible to resolve issue.

Worst branch ever, very less staff and to do work of 2 min you have wait for 2 or 3 hrs , always we can see huge line outside branch, and surprisingly no improvement by authorities.Work is so slow that even government banks seems better compair to Chinchwad branch.Never ever prefer this branch , worst worst and worst ..BIG 0 from my end

Most worst branch of ICICI...I hardly think icici will actual work on these reviews as most of them already posted on this problem but nothing changed...Minimum 2 hour you need to spend here..kind of government bank where you need to stand in a queue in the current situation...

Service is not available this early; you have to stay very late at the cash counter and they also have the same cashier.

Huge queue.Inefficient staff.Only interested in selling loan and credit card.Having relation as a privilege banking customer, however staff was unaware. Registered complaint. Was told that branch manager is on leave.Sorry state of affairs.

Worst queue system, I was waiting in queue for more then 2 hrs just for loan inquiry, if you know anyone from inside the bank then u dont have to wait in queue... even though staf came outside & asking for requirements like salary nd all stuff

Very well organised and established ICICI bank branch. The staff of this bank are very professional and supportive.Almost all banking work you can do here.Little bit busy In morning 10 AM to 12 PM and also bit busy in Saturday. ICICI bank usually closed on second Saturday of the month.

Worst experience ,w ICICi branch in Pune. It took them 3days just to fill my passbook I had to wait in the queue for more than 2hrs everyday for 3 days finally I contacted bank manager to do a little task of filling my passbook.Just visit the pimpri branch which is hardly 3km from there.

I wish I could give ZERO STAR rating to this branch. Extremely unorganised staff. No control of floor manager over counters.Counter people are extremely reluctant and are busy doing timepass and passing the work to other counter.I hope branch manager takes care of the staff.1 Address change took me over 1:30 hours of waiting time. Government banks have improved in terms of fast service.! DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH.
