It was a good Salon but the overall salon experience has degraded considerably post pandemic for obvious reasons. Very limited space as theyre trying to accommodate maximum customers. Service is fine.

Amazing place and well trained staff. It is a bit on the costly side so watch the menu before you go ahead with any service. They are really professional and will take care of your specific needs in the best possible way.

The place was following all covid norms. But m not very satisfied with my hair cut.The length on both sides look different. Under cut design is not clean enough. Thinking of going to another salon to get it rectified.

Very good service. Clean salon for both men and women. All salon services are offered and they have products to buy too. Well trained staff and billing is done quickly. Quite satisfying service and for members there are discounts. This makes the service pocket friendly as well. I would recommend for hair and skin service.

The salon wasnt clean, I went in for a hair appointment and they hadnt cleaned up the cut up hair..its was allover the floor and counters. Facial service was terrible and not at worth the money I paid for it. The lady who did my eyebrows was supposedly expert level, she was terrible,messed up my eyebrows and service was painful. First thing they wanna do it sell you products, that seems to be the primary goal. Only saving grace was the pedicure service which was excellent...but I dont see my self going back for just one good technician.

Nandita who is the receptionist at front desk does partiality with clients. She caters only to the rich clients and does not show any respect to an average clients. She is very rude. She should respect all clients patronizing the Enrich Salon which is one of the best salon in Koregaon Park. Service is excellent. Yogesh is very efficient and polite stylist Including other staff.

They always try to oversell. Try being sure about what you want.

Its like todays hospitals, just want to extort money on the name of professionals whereas dont want to deliver basic. Went for facial looking up at nearby app; though i was a old customer of enrich but ended up getting low category cleanup less then 30 mins on a price of 2260. They didnt even include basic massage in facial just clean up and pack and afterwards no nearby app deal price (1880) but service taxes/charges extra.Unlike others money isnt imp its wastage of time and trust.(like hospitals)

Staff is new and not trained...old staff was having experience and were very good in there services.

I have been going to enrich(multiple branches)since the last 7-8 years now. Reason being both, the services and the stylists. Even the help staff is very courteous.Though they have an parking issue at this branch, but when informed during the early days they took action and now provide valet services.All in all a 5 star experience.

Had been to this place for a haircut twice and hugely disappointed with haircut quality.Also Enrich needs to train staff in the art of subtlety for promoting additional services. They demand hairwash even for a simple haircut of even un-oiled hair, with funny reasons like my scissor cant function smoothly in your hair. Like really? I cant even................

Its a very beautiful place. The atmosphere around you was really good. Interior done here is also good. This place basically located in Koregaon park. This place provide you different treatments for your skin and hair. All advance hair cut should done here. The people working there they are very proper about timings. You have to take appointment to get the treatment. They have their own training institute too. I had really good experience over there.

I walked into this salon since it had good reviews. Id go for a hair cut only if the stylist understood my needs.Even though I did not have an apptmt, they filled me in and thats nice. Viraj, who was my stylist perfectly understood my needs and did a great job.Another thing I loved was how they were not pushy about buying products. Some salons just go on and on about how great their product range is. Quick billing too!

One of the most professional salon service! Not only for the quality of service offered but also for the professional communication. Apart from being equipped with very polite and highly trained staff, they are very keen on maintaining hygiene which is very important! Only flipside I guess is one cant get walk in appointments, I wish they could accommodate walk ins especially customers travelling to Pune from other cities.

I have booked through online app and also applied cashback. But when i visited the salon they changed my booking and stylist with graduate to master and charged 3 times higher of the actual and also they havent not apply the cash back and lady sitting over there at reception was very rude with her replies and told me that she will provide me free haircut next time which was not the remedy i asked for. Also i have filed a complain at there call centre but they havent replied.Poor & Cheater Salon.

It was the worst experience of my life. I am regular to enrich bt this time i iasnt at all satisfied with the service. I had gone for waxing bt very unsatisfied. Even the girl who was doing waxing wasnt wasnt satisfied with the result. Same was conveyed to the guy at the counter but still nothing was done. Extremely disappointed

Akshay Chaudhuri was my stylist and is since for last 2.5years.. he does a very good job whenever i have asked for any kind of variation.. would recommend him to anyone .. he is really a decent guy with a very good attitude. But yes sometimes you need to wait at the salon and you wont be informed on time.

Reservations are recommended either by calling their toll free number listed on the website or the direct salon line for this location (preferred option if you dont like to wait for the operator).The support staff are prompt and ensure that water, tea, coffee are catered to the client. The salon staff appear well trained and courteous. Their senior stylists are recommended for those who are looking at a more structured salon service.Overall, a recommended outlet with the only drawback being lack of parking space. Limited options are available at back of the salon but you will have to depend on luck and negotiating skills with numerous private security guards to get a parking slot.

Great services and very process oriented. They make you extremely comfortable and the services have good results. However, they take a lot of time. So go there only if you have more than usual time to spare!

During this Pandemic, Enrich salon, based at Koregaon Park, Pune has resorted to unethical/unprofessional/unscrupolous attitude out of greed. Therapist Neelam - lying to clients about services not available at all or only available with the highest price. This was cross verified with the Enrich App along with the Salon Manager Nandita - the end result of which was that the services were available & also confirmed that Therapist Neelam was lying and purposely wanted to force clients to take up expensive services.They call up clients to come back for services to run the salon buisness and then therapist decides to make the client wait to grap another client, who was already running late for the appointment. Now the standards are so much lowered that during the Facial treatment - Therapist Neelam of Enrich salon decides to attend another client from behind the closed door of ongoing facial treatment. For everything Enrich only wants to make money by giving false/unnecssary service advices/requirements.Check out thoroughly before booking your appointment and save urself from falling into the trap of these greedy people.

If you like to pamper your self with some good haircut n beauty stuf this is a place you must visit. Its in the start of KP also try booking n appointment first over the fone to ensure you have a someone alloted to you.
