Poor service. No work ethics.I have been charged wrongly despite of having documents mentioned with no foreclosure charges.No value of verbal commitments. Mobile app doesnt work well. Late senseless twisted replies via email.
PNBHFL is a big trap, just beware. I had take loan for 30 yrs initially (360 EMI). Paid for interest rate revision ,in which it was agreed to reduce 77 installment , now after paying since last 5+ years, my expected tenure should be 360- (77+60) = 223, but out of surprise still we can see remaining installments are 401, without consent they increase the tenure so that atleast 99% amount goes into interest. I had paid 19 lacs till date out of which only 34K went into principal.This case study happened with me might be an eye opener for you. Now its your turn, decide 100 times before going with any such HFL .

Extremely poor process and service. App isnt working properly, cannot do single transaction using app or internet banking. Long queue every time in bank.Google should make arrangement for zero rating. Highly not recommended...
This is worst finance service provider in entire universe. If anyone is reading this review then do not take a loan or invest in FD in PNB housing finance because you will regret it big time. I have given one star because you can not rate less than that. If you take home loan you will not get PMAY subsidy, no customer support, interest rate will be too high always and if you decide to transfer you loan to other bank then they will take more than 6 months.
It is one of the worst financial institution. They dont give PMAY as per Govt. rule but they have their own rules of PMAY due to which you will not get your PMAY on time. They are even not able to meet simple request like Statement of Account. I did their complaint to their Nodal Officer but no help from their side too. NEVER EVER TAKE LOAN OR ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM PNB HOUSING FINANCE.
Worst Housing Loan Bank. They will bluff u for PMAY scheme,Even after you meet all their criteria. they will collect form from you but wont apply for pmay. After you insist then they apply. I have to visit 3 times with 1 hr + waiting for getting Pre closure letter. Their retention team will call and will say that PNBHFL will give you better interest rate and then will close the request without your consent. You will keep waiting and they will not update you.It took one month to get simple document like pre closure letter!!You have to go to branch after you get email with documents to get it stamped. And for just stamp/print you will have to wait for 1 hr +!!Less staff and very small office space, is causing the delay. In this covid situation 10 to 12 customers were sitting in one closed room and are made to swap chairs. Security guard is trying his best to manage crowd, what can he do when infrastructure is not present.Please note they are closed on 1st and 2nd Saturday. Google listing says that they are open on Saturday.Due to Covid times changed from 10am to 3pm for working days.
I will suggest you to dont go with PNBHFL for home loan as the interest rates are very high as per other banks. They will give you better noe but after few months your home loan interest rates will be changed without any intimation to you. So please take care for this.

Never apply loan from PNBHFL.They didnt process my PMAY application even after 2 years of taking loan from here.Every two months, they increase the interest rate mentioning liquidity crunch. My interest rate was increased from 8.35 to 9.75 only in 5 months.I had to switch with another bank because of too much high interest rate, and losing PMAY opportunity.Very bad experience. Pathetic customer service.So many of my friends got benefit for PMAY who choose HDFC, SBI within 6-8 months.Only regret is losing opportunity of PMAY, had to visit office many times but no support from bank to apply application. Even DSA wasnt supportive, had to talk with Branch manager all the time.Please please please, just choose another bank as home loan and have little less stress then PNBHFL.
Dont take loan from pnb finance policy of this finance are thy dont reduce intrest even rbi reduse their intrest rate if sbi or other bank give you 7.8% pnb charge you 10 % at the time of contract they gives you low rate of intrest but after 6 months they slighty moves you towards 10% & worts thing is loan secure policy which is not transfer to another bank &if you surender policy you recive only 30% of amount which you payd so dont go pnb in any case

Very pathetic staff & services. Without knowing you they will increase interest rates. And interest rates are too high compared with other lenders. For new borrowers I will suggest donβt go with PNB.PNB is not connected with RBI repo rate , the Benefits which RBI given they have not pass on to the customer, recently on 27th March the home loan interest rate is reduced by 0.75% but they have not reduced interest rates. They still charging 9% and above where as all other banks charging 7.15 to 8 %.For new borrowers please donβt go with PNB.PNb donβt deserve even 1 star but system not allowing to give me zero otherwise zero star form me

Useless customer service. Had home loan from this branch. Agents gave lot of trouble and pnbhfl (pimpari branc pune) took year to solve it. They didnt forwarded my pmay forms for more than year and gave unreal reason for it. They make me to submit the pmay form twice. When RBI decrease the repo rate, pnbhfl increased the interest rate in successive months (February and March) by 0.5 percent.
Took a housing loan from PNBHFL as a first time buyer, from day one felt they are full of cheats. Experienced their pathetic service for about 15 months. Learnt corporate office is helpful. But this branch is full of lazy people. PNBHFL core values are People First, Customer Centric and Ethics I experienced all missing. Unfortunately. Branch head is also a glib talker. Sales Guys are Pathetic.
