Complete lack of empathy, rude staff, never take calls, phones are put on hold, too comfortable to move from their chairs and do the work they are paid to do. The staff should be sent to the field areas to see what conditions the armed forces personnel serve from where they are trying to reach them on phone or otherwise.

Cda o pune needs to be more responsive and friendly. Most of us in armed forces are as it is serving in very difficult conditions. Trying to speak to them becomes IMPOSSIBLE from field areas. Amongst all govt services the working condition of the army is the most difficult , yet we are dealt with contempt , carelessness, and complete lack of empathy as we in the armed forces have No Power or Say. My childs DO PART 2 orders of CEA for last 6 months NOT adjusted....but who cares ....sad , disappointing , disheartening to say the least.....JAI HIND

I have been trying their number for last two days but they never attend the phone. There is a joke in the army that if someone puts a gun to your head and tells you to call a number. The catch is if the number replies back you will be killed but if the number doesnt reply you will walk free. Now which number will you call? An overwhelming majority of army officers say they will call PCDA(O) Pune.

For Gods sake, if you have any fear of God in you then WORK.... IF YOU CANNOT PLEASE..I REPEAT PLEASE PICK THE CALL......Our doubts remain doubts as u guys dont pick calls at all.....So pick up the call......

I have been interacting with the staff of PCDA O for over three years regularly. Every organisation has certain good things and certain things which needs improvement. Customer Experience by far the best as compared to any other Defence Organisation executed wholly by the civilian staff. I would like to place on record the staff at PRO are the most responsive and sensitive to the requirements of the Officers of the Indian Army. Under the present COVID pandemic, their relentless efforts eventhough with bare minimum strength is the Best thing than can happen to any Serving and Retired soldier.

If you notice inefficiency has become a norm here, no matter how much you write to them or physically approach them on pending adjustment of basic entitlements, it falls on deaf ears and paralysed work ethos. Oddly enough in a construed dichotomy of service provider and red tapism, the second one has a rare upper hand in this failing organisation. The organisation is marred with burgeoning delays which seems to be new norm and it tries to mask their bluntness of inefficiency with vanity. These Quasi Gods has firmly dislodged everything else including logic and basic authorisations as the final adjudicators of a soldiers hard earned perks who is serving selflessly on the borders. God save us and them.

PCDA, O. Inspite of all the automation claims by pcda o pune, they are taking more than two yr to clear genuine dues pertaining to bunching up of an offrs course (108reg). I had approached the office personally 7times, still the dues are not paid. But all of us r getting a standard reply.. they dragging the issues..with no accountability and commitment.

Self had a query regarding adjustment of LTC claim. The same was resolved by the PRO, Mrs Anita Manual. The PRO was affectionate, prompt at work and dealt with the concern with utmost dedication & zeal.Thank you.Regards

Cant share below one. The motto of PCDA(O),Pune is, two punch one lunch . In spite of repeated reminders and the amount of taxpayer money spent on automation they are not working .They have not been able to resolve the bunching effect on salary inspire of govt orders .There only efficiency is finding an excuse else there is no efficiency . Have shame on yourself ,think if it was your pay and allowances .

I have been personally interacting with PCDA(O) staff for the last two years for resolving queries and other related information/clarification of a No of Offrs as I am posted at Pune. There are always 10 to 12 officers waiting for their turn apart from the Officers who are being attended to at the PRO. In between the PRO staff do attend for the telephone calls for resolving the queries. We make an assumption that they are doing nothing on the contrary they make all efforts and go out of the way to resolve the queries. Kudos to the PRO staff who have got tremendous amount of perseverance to deal on a variety of issues and Officers from Six months of service to 35 years of service both serving and retired.

DOING THEIR JOB QUITE PROFESSIONALLY. PRO IS EXTENDING ALL HELP TO THE VISITORS. WELL DONE. KEEP IT UP
